Everything in the hotel is either obsolete or does not work.
Of the so-called 2 restaurants, only one is open, and from time to time, in order not to bother, 2 out of 3 halls are closed.
If something is spilled on the floor, no one is in a hurry to wipe it (I personally saw how, because of this, 2 people slipped and received various injuries within 20 minutes). Yes, there are 2 slides, but they work from 11 to 12 and from 15 to 16-00. Worse and in such a meager amount of food than in this hotel I have not seen: not only is there practically no meat and fruit menu, but it is not possible to eat all the other pickles and salads - almost all vacationers suffer from heartburn. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, but not enough mattresses. There is an indoor pool that they claim to have, but it is not heated and no one goes into it. water temperature does not exceed 16 degrees. There is a sauna, but instead of the stated opening hours of 8-20, it works 10-18 and it is cold. The rooms are nothing - cheap and shabby. The only thing that was good was the animation - the guys, in principle, worked in good faith. I came with my husband with a party of tourists in the amount of about 50 people - none of them were satisfied and everyone was determined never to get into this hotel. But in general, all the attendants (except for the cleaners) are trying to fool you or lure you out of money in various obscene ways - the vacation was like a constant fight for rights and your own money. 15-05-2009
