Впечатления об отеле Hotel Impressions

For those who are looking for chic service and a luxury hotel, Zena Resort is not the right option!! ! My sister and I have rested in Turkey 10 times, so we have something to compare with. The hotel does not pull on 5 stars at all. Let's start by listing the shortcomings.
1. For seven days, the room was cleaned only 2 times - bed linen and towels were changed only once
2. Before checking in, we were given a sheet listing all hotel services, paid and free. In the list of free services, a separate item is highlighted: Vitamin bar and opening hours were indicated. Like any normal person, under the word Vitamin bar we understood freshly squeezed juices, but when we asked the reception where this vitamin bar was, they shrugged their shoulders and began to move the arrows to other hotel employees . As a result, they explained to us that the vitamin bar is a UPI of unreal colors, it tastes like pure chemistry! We were very surprised. Moreover, there are no juices at all!!!

The water is not bottled, it is in coolers and you have to go to the beach with plastic cups until you get there, drink and again for water. It was very stressful. And they brought water to the room 2 times!!!
The Spa center does not give out towels when you go to the sauna or Turkish bath, you have to carry beach towels or from your room, which, you see, is not very convenient. This is the first hotel we have experienced this!
3 I single out animation as a separate item! In principle, for me this is not the main thing on vacation and I usually do not pay attention to animation, but the Zena Resort Animation Team is worthy of attention ! ! The hotel obviously did not care about inviting any groups of dancers, musicians, etc. , so all 7 days we were amused by the animators of the hotel.
I have never seen such cheap shows anywhere, and the way they mock the guests was especially amazing!! ! They took a girl out of the audience in evening dress (she was not warned in advance about participating in the scene) and poured water from a bucket on the stage! One of the tasks of the competition was to get women's thongs, one of the guests nevertheless took them off! In addition, excessive public promotion of gay people, showing the middle finger of the audience, and especially in the presence of children, is outrageous. The animators behave very frivolously with the guests, not giving them due respect and calmly overstepping the bounds of decency. cheap bastard! I won't pick another word.
4 And the most unpleasant thing for last. We vacated the room at 12 o'clock, as it should be according to international standards, and after that we were told that we could not eat without bracelets. We had a plane already at 10 pm. In any normal 5 * hotel tourists can eat as much as they like. And by the way, we were not warned about this at the agency, they assured us that after the release of the room you can eat and use the bar, but no!! ! Well, this is not how much for us, our brother will not be lost in any situation.
5 The beach is not fenced and there are a lot of local Turks who are constantly staring and trying to get to know each other.

In general, if you do not bother with these details, then we had a good rest, but next time we are unlikely to eat at Zena Resort.
