Of course, if we knew about it, we would never have got to this hotel.
Four days before the end of the "rest" we finally found out who was in charge of the hotel and turned to him. This is a manager named Yusuf, who usually appears in the evening and sits like watching everything. To say that it was a farce is to say nothing: the manager of an international hotel does not know either English or Russian, but most likely he is pretending, as well as lying that he did not know anything about this situation, is nonsense and nothing more. As a result of our appeal, the air conditioners, of course, were not turned on, but my husband managed to get us moved to a family room on the second floor. And who prevented the reception from offering us relocation to a room in which, due to the larger area and air, there is more!!!?? ? And rocked, finally, rest... and quickly ended.
Now about the tour operator Anex, because they are clearly in collusion with the hotel: we have never encountered this either, we have not seen a more ugly attitude towards our tourists before, probably we were lucky. On May 17, we turned to our guides, who were from Anex at the hotel, and wrote an official complaint about the lack of air conditioning, asking them to resolve the situation while we were in the hotel or move us to another hotel. The complaint was accepted, we also called the Anex hotline in Turkey and..... silence, a day later we called again, no one knows anything....The next day we went to another guide, as suddenly guides Imran and Emran transferred somewhere, and this guide did not find anything better than a threat to us that we would pay a penalty for relocation, we are another hotel. And supposedly such a system for switching on air conditioners in all hotels, that is, Anex knows about this and does not warn its tourists. It was already too much, we realized that everyone was in collusion and no one was going to somehow facilitate our existence in this hotel. Although what prevented the guides of the tour operator from asking the reception to offer us relocation to another more comfortable room, which were free !! ! By the way, they interviewed tourists from all 4 and 5 star hotels nearby along the coast - everywhere with air conditioning everything is ok, so that was a lie. The tour operator did not even pretend to want to help, there are simply no words, despite the fact that all the way to the hotel they sang to us that the guides of Aneks are our best friends and defenders, and excursions, at exorbitant prices, can only be taken from Aneks and in no case, not who else.
