Due to a flight delay, we arrived around 21:00. According to the young man at the reception, there were no rooms available. In order to extract money, an allegedly deluxe room was offered for the night, and then we'll see. They offered to go to dinner in a restaurant that was still open. But there was nothing to eat there, completely swept away food from all containers and only a couple of skinny fish tails in addition to the slurry called sauce. I was struck by the absence of cups, saucers, teaspoons. Faceted glasses, cardboard and plastic cups and sticks instead of spoons. The wine in the bar turned out to be very crappy, with the smell of fuselage and alcohol.
Problems with the number continued in the morning and reached until 13:00. The final version was clean, but not without hidden problems in the form of antediluvian ventilation noise and the roar from the speakers of the nearby White Lily. We were struck by the queues for food in the dining room (it's hard to call it a restaurant). Obviously, there were not enough meat dishes, fruits, and even Turkish sweets turned out to be very, very tasteless. The assortment improved in the evenings during the belly festival "Turkish Night". But again, the cooks managed to spoil the meat and fish.
Beach wars, sometimes battles for sun loungers unfolded daily. Beach fight, for the sake of giving him money, dumped things on the pebbles, dragged the sunbed and handed it to some girl who gave him a dollar or a cigarette. The beach is quite dirty, dirty mattresses, broken sun loungers, lack of order. Hotel guests tried to "book" a place on the beach almost from 5 in the morning...

In general, the hotel lacks management, the owner is far from this. A plus is a good hammam, skilled masseurs. A clean area in the hotel garden, you can feel the work of the gardener and his love for his work.
The bars available on the territory were quite satisfied with the assortment of drinks. Good gozlume was prepared, ice cream was quite worthy.
It is possible that something has changed in the past, but I will not recommend the hotel for recreation, the nearby 4-star Pine House is much more comfortable and focuses on tourists than this notorious five...
