I am the 5th day in this hotel - more pluses than minuses.
The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of our manager. Considering that this is not my first time in Turkey, the hotel is worthy of its four.
Settlement. I did not like it - they brought me to the hotel at 9-30, and settled only at 14-00. We did not have time for breakfast, so we sat down to wait for dinner at 13:00. They offered to leave things and go to the beach, but after the flight at 5 o'clock and the road from the airport at 1.5 -2 hours, I wanted to take a shower, eat and sleep. As a result, 4 hours before lunch, we hung around the territory. By the way, then I noticed that the woman at the reception (like her name is El) is always so unfriendly and does not care about the guests. It is better to turn to a man with gray hair - Elchin, he helped with the settlement, and with the keys, and with the Internet - and he always smiles. : )

The territory is clean, large, beautiful with a view of the mountains - it is divided into 3 buildings and is literally immersed in greenery. There are 2 pools and another small "paddling pool" for very little ones. The children's pool has slides, but they are not open all day.
Our room in block A is small, but you can see a fresh renovation and new furniture. Everything in the bathroom is new and functional. View from the window to the shops. Cleaned every day, but the towels were not changed until I left a tip. : )
The restaurant is large, clean, but for some reason the air conditioner is not turned on and it is hot at lunch, but normal in the morning and evening. There are more tables outside. The staff is attentive, friendly, they try to clean the tables as soon as they see the set aside plate. The food is excellent, there is a lot of food, everything is fresh and tasty. Breakfast: porridge, cheeses, feta cheese, sausages, croutons, scrambled eggs, snacks, salads, vegetables, greens and a bunch of other syrups and sweets. Lunch and dinner: puree soup, chicken meat, lamb or fish, 5-6 types of side dish (rice, fries, vermicelli, beans, eggplant and other vegetables), 3 types of sauce. Then a separate table with snacks - 8-10 types. Then a separate table with vegetables: cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, fresh vegetable salads - 4-5 types. And another table with herbs, olives, spices and a bunch of all sorts of additives of 8-10 types. Oh, and also a table with pastries and sweets - 8-10 kinds. It looks very appetizing, but personally I have never come across these sweets. Enough fruit for dessert. : )
There is always local alcohol - beer, white and red wine, vodka, raki and something else.
There are some entertainment, but I prefer excursions or the beach. There is animation, very unobtrusive: water games, aerobics, in the evening a discotheque for children and adults. There is a small amphitheater.
There is no gym, by the way. They say it's still under renovation. : (

Beach. I don’t really like it because of the road to it: walk for about 15 minutes along an unshaded road and it bakes well like that. The territory for our sunbeds is small, there are a lot of people and until 11-12 o'clock they are simply not enough for everyone. The pebbles are quite large, it is better to walk in special slippers.
Excursions. Hotel guides are quite expensive. Local travel agencies are significantly cheaper. I used to buy from Ginza Travel and was satisfied. But this time I didn’t find them in Kirishi and bought them at Rom Travel (Rum Travel) - they just turned out to be the closest to our hotel. Which I already regretted a lot. - the prices are high, and the employees are kind only while you buy excursions from them, and as soon as you talk about returning or rescheduling, you hear a complete refusal and outright rudeness. I bought several excursions from them with 100% payment, but with the condition to change to other excursions or return the money. Paid about $700. I didn't like the first two, plus I got burned on their yacht. There are 3 more excursions left, which I don’t want to go on anymore and I ask you to return the money 2-3 days before they start. So here a complete refusal to return the money and such rudeness and rudeness came from an employee named Emil Akhmedov that I will contact the police. I went to other agencies nearby - prices are lower, excursions are organized with a deposit of $ 10.100% money back, subject to 1 day notice.
