Rested in Fortuna beach club from August 5 to 13 with a friend and her child. In Turkey, I have been several dozen times both in luxury fives and in modest fours in Alanya. But I have never seen such a mess as in Fortuna. From the very arrival at the hotel, the administrator began to hint to me quite correctly that they would put me in a room without a balcony, and if I want something more comfortable, then give me money. As a result, I asked him to start showing me this number. He led me to building C, opened a supposedly suite with two beds and a balcony. I tell him: "great, but show me the room in which you wanted to check me in, to which he tells me, okay, stay here! ". After the above, we realized that there are simply no rooms without a balcony in the hotel and he stupidly bred me for money !! ! During the week of staying at the hotel, we were never able to get a towel for the beach. Either they didn’t bring it from the laundress, then they ran out, come back later, then something else. All tourists either lie with their own or buy Turkish bedding 2 pieces - $ 1. The beach deserves special attention! I haven’t seen worse! There are 4 hotels on the beach and sunbeds are stacked on top of each other. To take a seat, we got up at 7 in the morning and went to the beach, and even at that time there were a lot of people on the beach. dirt everywhere, butts, plastic glasses are scattered, and all because I did not see a single ashtray or trash can. the hotel managers didn't even bother to paint the rusty counter before the start of the season, where you can take water and pour Yuppies on the beach (photo attached). The only advantage of this hotel was the minimum number of small children screaming on the beach, as happens in any Turkish hotel during the peak season, and all because a normal person is unlikely to be lucky in such a viper. Further, about the restaurant-dining room, in order to take a table for lunch or dinner, you need to come an hour in advance, especially on the street! Before the start of the meal, a wild line of hungry compatriots line up, who, like rabid, grab several plates of tasteless chicken and mountains of disgusting salads! During the week I saw fish once for lunch / dinner, the rest of the time there was a terrible stewed chicken. Who wants to lose weight highly recommend this hotel. All week I ate vegetables, herbs and fruits, there was still delicious cheese. There are always not enough plates and cutlery, I am silent about glasses. . . The waiters do not clean up after the guests, there are mountains of dirty dishes on the tables, whoever came later can no longer sit at these tables. One evening, after dinner, we were sitting at the table drinking beer and climbing in smartphones, the waiter silently approached our table and began to wipe the table, we were very surprised. . . then he served it with cutlery and glasses. . . we generally precipitated from such attention! after he put a plate of bread in the middle with the words: "you ate, let others eat, leave like, but you can sit on the Internet from the lobby bar, there are not enough tables. " This was the end of our patience, we had to connect the Metro-Hotel! And all because he wanted to put a Turkish family at our table !! ! I have not seen such bestial attitude towards Russian tourists for a long time! The cleaner does not clean the rooms in principle if you did not leave her money. Every morning she asked me do you have to clean? ? To change the towels in the room, this must be interrogated separately. The first time I left her $ 2, after all the impudence, I stopped leaving anything at all, for the last 2 days no one has cleaned me! It is useless to swear and prove something there, spoil your mood and nerves! The staff is insane! The only nice girl was at the pool bar! Very attentive and responsive! At the end of the holiday, she handed her 2 dollars for a chocolate bar, she did not even want to take them! This is nonsense for Turkey. The hotel is packed and they don't care what I don't like and what I want to get for the money paid! But we flew stupidly over the sea and the sun, and of course the sea compensated for all the shortcomings of the hotel. I hope my review will protect someone from a trip to this wonderful hotel!
