They made a remark, the maid removed by 3 points. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, in the dispenser at the washbasin and in the shower there was a liquid similar to shaving foam with an unpleasant odor. The room was cleaned 2 times and then at our request. Bed linen was never changed. There was no refrigerator, there were no glasses, there was nothing to drink water from. There was no twine on the balcony, they gave it out on demand. The food was monotonous, meager, there were no fruits at all. 2 times they gave chicken, the rest of the days - chicken offal. The glasses are dirty, with traces of lipstick, coffee residues on the walls. Glasses were also poorly washed. Napkins were not on all tables, I had to make a remark. Bartenders are rude to visitors.
