I'll try to talk about the hotel without emotions. Two weeks have passed since the end of the holiday and the great desire to write a bunch of nasty things about this hotel subsided a bit. We had a family vacation from June 19 to July 03.2014, me, my wife and daughter (7 years old). We flew from the operator "Pegas Touristik". We did not expect special service from the troika, so I will list only the facts. Draw your own conclusions.
And so about everything in order:

- The hotel consists of two 4-storey buildings. The old building facade overlooks the central street of Kemer, Ataturk Boulevard, the back side looks at the roof of the dining room and the pool. From the rooms you can see the central square of Kemer and the tower "Kemer Tower" with a clock. The new building overlooks the pool with balconies. The territory is not big, there is little greenery. Until 2013, the hotel was called "Kami" and there were much more positive reviews about it. Now the hotel is part of the ARES hotel chain. According to rumors, the hotel is not sold, but leased. The change of owner affected the quality of service clearly for the worse.
- We got room 606 on the third floor of the new building. The stairs to the floors are spiral and narrow. The room is small, with a balcony (beautiful view of the pool). The floor is tiled. Three beds, two bedside tables, a dressing table, a kinescope TV (3 Russian-language channels, the rest in Turkish). There is no refrigerator. The curtain on the balcony door is short and narrow. Safe is paid (2 dollars / day). Bed linen is not new, but was quite clean. Three large towels. There was always hot and cold water. There is no door in the shower cabin (water pours onto the bathroom floor). There is no shampoo and there are no options to get it either. Soap (only liquid) and toilet paper must be asked for at the Reception. Condensation from the air conditioner is discharged onto the floor of the bathroom, so the floor is constantly wet and dirty. There is a hair dryer. The Mitsubishi air conditioner is old, it works normally only for ventilation. Cooling does not work at all!
Garbage is not taken out of the room, if you leave a bag of garbage on the floor, then it can stand there for 2-3 days. The room was never cleaned for two weeks, the linen was not changed. The soundproofing in the room is quite decent. Loud music in the evening, with the balcony door closed, almost inaudible.

- Bar. Available: vodka, gin, red and white wine, martini. Everything is diluted in a ratio of one to two. Drinking this swill is impossible! Beer only for dollars. All drinks are poured into disposable 100-gram cups about half way. There are cola and fanta quite normal in taste. It is difficult to catch the bartender at the counter, so getting a drink is also not easy. Only one bartender spoke Russian, the rest knew only Turkish. The bartender washes cups in a basin under the bar in dirty water!

- Swimming pool. Small, no more than 2 meters deep. Water is disinfected with bleach, which is why it stinks accordingly!

There is a fountain near the pool in the form of an airplane, for two weeks they turned it on once for about half an hour. Along the perimeter of the pool there are sun loungers, pieces 13-15. There are only two umbrellas from the sun. There is a shower and toilet.

- Dining room (the loud name of the restaurant is 100% not suitable). The food is quite normal, you definitely won't leave hungry. Meat every day, mostly chicken. Two varieties of soy sausage, salads, side dishes. There is fish (fried right in front of you). Eggs, olives, herbs. Coffee Tea. Watermelons are ripe and tasty, melons are frankly green. The dining area is large and very clean. Furniture (tables and chairs) are normal. Forks and cups are regularly missing!

- Internet is paid (only Wi-Fi). $5 for the entire duration of your stay at the hotel. Payment at Reception. The password is the same for everyone. The Turk enters it personally into your laptop or phone, diligently closing the keyboard with himself, naively hoping that you will never know the password.
Their password is city2012 (maybe they change it sometimes), if not, I'll be happy to help you save money! The speed is about 5 Mb. We had quite a steady reception in the room, dining room and lobby.

- Beach. The hotel does not have its own beach. You can walk, 15 minutes, go to someone else's beach with sunbeds for $ 2 a day. And you can ride a minibus to the excellent Veranda Beach for 1 USD per nose for the whole day (sunbeds are included in the price, small children are free). The bus takes you several times in the morning to the beach. Picks up for lunch and after dinner again takes you to the beach. It takes 7-8 minutes to drive, but the driver does not really adhere to the schedule. May be late for 20-30 minutes, may leave earlier. Arrives in the morning already filled with vacationers from the Ares Club. The concept of a queue for landing is completely absent! Crowds of people are breaking into the door of the minibus, whoever got in first, he rides sitting.

- Staff. Almost no one speaks Russian, they do not understand English. They steal from the rooms!

They stole a pack of Camel cigarettes from me (and it seems that more than one), climbed on the bedside tables and threw my wife's phone on the floor, we had no money in the room. A neighbor's cell phone was stolen. At the very beginning of the holiday, I heard people complaining that they had stolen a package from Duty Free with alcohol and phone chargers. The hotel manager will not return anything to you and will not investigate until you go to the police. I went to the local station, after which, in the form of compensation for the stolen cigarettes, they brought us a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. I don’t know how the story of the neighbors with the stolen phone ended. They did not know English, and at the police station they only understand Turkish and, with great difficulty, English. There is often no one at the Reception, the keys lie on the counter unattended.

In general, everything I saw, I wrote. I tried to convey my impressions without emotion. Draw your own conclusions.
Personally, we regretted that we chose this particular hotel, last year we were in "Korient", the same trio, but the conditions are much better. And they are 300 meters apart! If I missed any details, ask - I will be happy to answer.
