I want to share my impressions about the Ares Club Hotel 3 * - Kemer, We chose this hotel in a hurry - there was little time to look for something: plus it's not expensive, the hotel is normal from the photos, there is no animation, there is a problem with towels, etc. . - this I could survive. Ares Club is a hotel chain about other Ares read, they write that they are even worse. And so we arrived. We were met, taken to Kemer, beautiful mountains, sea, palm trees, drove to the hotel and that's where all the beauty ended. The reception is on the street, the heat, we are told that there are no rooms and we will be accommodated in another Ares City hotel at 14-00. We refuse to immediately settle in another hotel, referring to the fact that we paid for this hotel and it costs a little more, because. Ares Club is a triple with +, and Ares City is just a triple. With smiles, like we don’t speak Russian well, they say that the room will be tomorrow, but we still stayed in the heat and waited for our guide to solve all the problems. We started calling our travel agency (roaming is very expensive), so we had to buy internet access for $5. We got in touch with the travel agency and they decided something through their channels. In the meantime, we talked with a couple from Russia, they didn’t like everything either. day of arrival, and today they did not give a separate room. Such sharing is practiced not infrequently in this hotel. We heard another such wonderful story from the girls. Then a couple with a child from Ares City drove up in a car (they fled from there). They said that it was generally terrible there, they were settled in a basement with mold on the ceiling. At the Ares Club they were settled after a long wait in the heat, in a double room, although they had paid for a triple. In general, all the tourists are not happy and periodically came up and demanded something from the administration.
I decided to drink a beer in such a heat, we went to the bar - it’s terrible, the shelves are empty, there is a stench, everything is poured into disposable (washed) cups, beer is paid, there is no white wine, they said it will be tomorrow, it didn’t appear tomorrow, and after tomorrow too, red is not wine, but shmurdyachek, there is no ice either. Here the tour operator did something and they approached us and gave us a room. We went to the room, and there the horror continued: the towels were dirty, the pillow was even dirtier, there was mold and a layer of dirt on the air conditioner doors, the filter was covered in dust, the bathroom was just tin, curtains there is no shower in the shower, a stationary shower floods the entire bathroom, a toilet with a broken lid and a poorly flushing barrel, the furniture is all old, the safe in the closet is not attached, it just lies in the closet and that's it (for $ 2 per day). During the stay, there was a period of time in which there was only hot water, and it was alternately - only hot or cold. Also, there was a fight between the Turks in the kitchen.
We left our things in the room and went to eat in a restaurant, where the horror continued: all the plates were chipped, there was no curdled milk, there was only milk in bags from the refrigerator, cereal with cold milk was tinny, there were no sweets either, only sweet cookies in the form of an asterisk and a casserole sweet from semolina, watermelon not ripe, and there was kebab from meat only on Saturday, fragments of chicken wings, fish also collapsed, very salty, soy cutlets, soy sausage. All you can eat is greens, eggs, buns, vegetables and coffee from the machine. Everyone we talked to said that people were in triples, but they could not even imagine this.

Our guide arrived and said that even if the hotel has one star in Turkey, the star rating of the hotel starts with a three, he promised to help us and relocate us with a surcharge to a normal three or four. There was only one problem, no one works on weekends and we had to stay in this hotel until Monday. We ate greens, vegetables, and in the evening we bought shawarma in the park for 10 liras and beer in a market near the mosque. A shuttle bus from the hotel takes you to the beach, but a sun lounger and an umbrella are paid: 1 c. u. for a person. The only thing that I liked about this hotel is the green area. Grass, bushes, trees are the only plus of this hotel.
On Monday, we paid extra and moved to another three. It was really all inclusive, but this is another positive story.
