I try to be a person who has a positive attitude to everything, but here)))))))) I couldn’t stand it, I even took photos of how absolutely everything in the hotel is dirty, if it’s metal it’s rusty, the bed is all stained, divorced and even with dirty shoe marks.
I didn't imagine. what is so terrible. And this is despite the fact that I (for a fee, of course) was given one of the best performances and later even showed others. The rest, with whom we arrived at the same time in the evening, waited for check-in for 2-3 hours, received rooms either not made up, or with wet linens and even without bedspreads.

As for nutrition, it’s a separate nightmare: everyone was given a pinch of meat 1 time per week and 1 time chicken, while the administrator strictly watched, God forbid, someone would dare to take 2 pieces. On other days, they left the meat in the kitchen for the staff (I know, because, having received a tip from me, they secretly took out a plate of meat for me, which we fed the children). The rest were forced to eat stewed zucchini, or potatoes or noodles, from where this meat was caught, and soy cutlets, which were also handed out individually by the kitchen administrator.
The glasses are only plastic, there are no whole plates, everything is chipped. From fruits - limitedly - watermelon and for 10 days they gave melon 2 times.
Advertising photos of dishes do not even faintly resemble what you will see. Dirty, stinky and terribly obscene attitude. The waiters are very rude. At the first opportunity, considering themselves just a macho, they write a message on the phone offering their sex services, and when they refuse, they are terribly offended: they begin to be rude, throw objects, defiantly do not clear the table, etc. You don't see a circus like that very often! Then they switch their grievances to others, then to the next - both laughter and "tears" watch this. And it does not cause anything but disgust for such rudeness.
You will not see umbrellas near the pool either.
It's hard to spoil the sea and the sun!!!! ! We bought fruit.
After 5 days, she made sure that the air conditioner that was pulling on the floor and on the bed was repaired. I am not a scandalous person, I try to smile with everyone and decide peacefully or with money, but the arrogance of the staff, including the cleaners, who take money, but leave the room completely uncleaned, is shocking.
On that part of the beach, to which the promenade is offered - your things can only lie on the ground - that is, on pebbles. They will not be allowed to put even on an empty deck chair, because. there are places only for vacationers of other hotels and the guards will stupidly throw your things away. And where the transfer is provided - you will go 10 - 15 minutes in a packed bus until it collects from other hotels. If you walk - then go for 25-30 minutes.
Rest in any case - a wonderful thing. But to maintain a positive attitude with such service, believe me, is incredibly difficult. I sincerely wish you to avoid this. And I don’t know where they got the fourth star from, it was always 3 *, but it would be worth depriving it completely!

Advice to the tour operator - do not want to lose customers - do not take them to such a hotel, maybe at least this will make them at least improve something! (Even though everything seems to have become chronic in this hotel a long time ago, hopeless!!! )
