On 11.07 we arrived at the Ares Dreams hotel accompanied by a guide. It immediately became clear to me that the hotel does not correspond to the 4 * level (the reception looks worse than a barn in the countryside), which I informed the accompanying guide. He replied that it was not his problem, recommended contacting the hotel guide Natalya and hurried (running) away. The hotel administrator refused to give Natalia's contacts for a long time. When we contacted her, she said that she had no time to deal with us. I called the hotline several times and reported that I did not consider it possible to stay in this hotel for the following reasons:
• Dirty and terrible smell in the rooms;
• Lack of free internet;
• Pools have more chlorine than water;
• In the bar - diluted drinks of the lowest quality and rudeness of the bartender;
• Broken (traumatic) furniture and plumbing;
• Lack of beach towels;
• Not enough food in the restaurant;

• Transfer to the beach in a crowded bus, from which you still need to walk 20 minutes to the beach, etc.
The hotline operator recommended resolving all issues through the hotel guide and our Kharkov travel agency.
Guide Natalia appeared at the hotel the next day according to plan. She refused to assist in the resettlement, while she was rude and referred to the fact that she had a lot of work without us. She told me to look for resettlement options on her own (knowing that we have neither mobile communications nor the Internet). Using the phone of a tourist from our hotel, who had already paid for a week of internet, we contacted our travel agency and received hotel options for relocation. Instead of compensation for our inconvenience, Natalia demanded a $160 surcharge (which, together with the previous amount, amounted to an amount equal to a week's stay at the Grand Derin Hotel, and not 5 days), I strongly doubt the legality of which, as well as the correctness of filling out the resettlement form (a copy of the form about resettlement attached). Natalia did not provide me with any document or receipt for the additional payment of $160! Then she took me to exchange money (she did not have change) not to the nearest exchange office, but a few kilometers from the hotel and wanted me to return on foot. She reacted rudely to my refusal. We were left in Ares Dreams for another day!!!
The next day, 13.07, at 12.00 we were taken to Grand Derin (accompanied by a driver who does not speak any of the languages I know). We never saw Natalia again.
Here is such a "roulette" turned out (((
Initially, I did not count on special luxury in the 4th, but even the conditions for an economical existence are absent here.
