Ужасный Horrible

We returned from this hotel yesterday. It was horror!! ! They settled us immediately upon arrival, as it later turned out to be in the old building (room 306) They didn’t want to listen to the surcharge and relocation (they said that the hotel was fully occupied) trampled about in dirty shoes, there was no hot water (they said there would be after 8 in the morning, but there was none AT ALL) the toilet was broken, the springs in the mattress climbed out, it stank from the refrigerator, not only to sit on the balcony, but it was impossible to go in it was so tiny, on the window someone's green sandwich was lying, it is not clear in what year it was forgotten. Completely unsanitary. The tables in the cafe are sticky, the dishes are broken. If you come for tomorrow, lunch or dinner not immediately after opening, then be prepared to be hungry. The only plus is that it's close to the center.
