In 2011, the low price offered by the NEVA travel agency in St. Petersburg covered with a veil the slight negative reviews already available on the site for the 3 *** Deluxe hotel. We were looking for exclusively positive advertising reviews to read, in which we were VERY DISAPPOINTED later. 1) The sale of vouchers occurs mainly as "hot offers" for a 3 *** Deluxe hotel - everything is bought up in an instant by Russian gullible tourists 3-4 days before arrival. The hotel does not smell of culture, there is no service: details on food (100% true about the daily assortment of slops at the choice of a tourist), on room cleaning (1 time with a dirty mop a week), as well as on the distance from the PAYED PRIVATE BEACH, are already painted on site by other tourists.
