Not only that, at the entrance to the hotel, we understand that it is surrounded by a construction site of a neighboring hotel - which we were not warned about, after waiting until 12:00, we are given a Bungalow room with access to the hotel entrance (where all this dust and dirt from the road) + the bungalow was IMPOSSIBLE! there was a temperature of +10, it must have been wildly humid, there were no towels, an old falling apart bedside table, a safe that didn’t work, the smell of dust and the smell of centuries-old junk, oh yes, and even wet bed linen because of this humidity! after 10 minutes of staying in this room, my throat starts to hurt, and my husband starts a terrible attack of allergy to dust - we go to the reception with a request to change our room. To which the hotel staff at first did not notice us at all, and then rudely replied that there were NO rooms! And this, I'm sorry, out of season!! ! We decide to contact the representative of Tez Tour, because if I knew that the bungalow would be so "beautiful" I would NEVER pay extra for it! The representative in Turkey was more caring and got us a room, a regular room that was cheaper than what we paid for. We went to see this number! The windows overlook the construction site, from 8 am to 8 pm round-the-clock construction support, BUT even this could not be compared with the delights of the Bungalow, so we, very tired after a night flight, decide to stay in this room, since there are supposedly no more options anyway! Naturally, we lie down to rest on the bed and wake up after 2 hours from the fact that a Turkish woman is standing over us, who came, attention, CLEAN UP in this room !!! ! It turns out that we were settled in an uncleaned room (I was immediately embarrassed by the beach towels in the room... but due to fatigue, apparently, I did not really pay attention to this).
