My husband and I visited in July 2018. Everything began to upset literally from the threshold of this hotel. This old hall, where there are always a lot of people with disgruntled faces (wi-fi catches only there), we had to pay extra for the room, then, while we were waiting for check-in, we went to the restaurant (maximum dining room). The dining room upset even more: a lot of flies, lack of modern air conditioners, the food is not very tasty, everything is dirty (starting from plates, vegetables, ending with the appearance of the cooks). It happened that because of the long queues (I will attach a photo) we left hungry, although we are their unpretentious people. Ice cream is served at certain hours. The entrance to the beach is not very convenient - the descent from the stairs, there are very few "places" for swimming because of the buoys. The only plus is the location to Kemer itself, that's all. The hotel clearly can't cope with so many people and is not worthy of its 5 stars. With us, many moved to other hotels, upset by what was happening in ours. Nearby hotels, those that have a water park and decent food, drinks are not much more expensive.
