We rested in this "wonderful" hotel from 14.07. 2018 to 07/21/2018, well, what can I say, the hotel does not pull at 5-ku at all. I want to write so much, I’ll start with the fact that when we arrived at the hotel, the administrator told us that he had not received any requests from the tour operator (although there was a letter and we asked for two rooms with balconies, next to each other and the rooms should have been after renovation in 2018) , but alas... He told us that there were no such numbers, although if we thanked him (we were actually shocked that we were told this directly to our faces), then he could see if there were better numbers. So for you to understand, we paid $ 10 for a room with a balcony, but when we went there... It's tough . . Honestly... I don’t know what kind of repair it was about . . Everything is dirty, rusty taps and even rust on the floor, the balcony is so small that it’s already crowded there together. In the evening it is not possible to sit there when the children are sleeping. And what to do, we again went down to the reception. O miracle! For another $10 per room, we were offered to see the bungalows in which we stayed, because this is the best that this hotel has. The room is larger, there is a table and chairs outside, you can relax there in the evening. But there are some nuances, when trying to open the door in the closet, it turned out that instead of sticks there is all the wiring, a meter, etc. , which, in turn, is very dangerous, especially if you come with children. Also in the bathroom, bare wires in the handset. The air conditioner in our room worked, but he set the temperature as he wanted))) funny. For our friends, the concern did not work for half the rest and they were in no hurry to repair it. They came to clean the air conditioner a couple of times... And this is a nightmare . . Imagine returning from the beach to the room, after cleaning the air conditioner on the bed there are black footprints from shoes (they stood on a white bed in shoes, a nightmare), in the bathroom the picture is no better... Towel for feet and stomp with black marks, the bathroom is full of debris and dirt from cleaning the air conditioner, there are just puddles and dirt on the floor, and the most beautiful thing is that after calling the reception three or four times, no one came to us that day to clean it. Room cleaning is a separate issue, there were two shifts, some cleaned better, others worse, for the whole holiday they cleaned a couple of times with high quality. It was constantly necessary to call and ask, and another shift was cleaned during the day when everyone was resting and the children were sleeping.
Well, let's continue. Internet....Here you want to cry and laugh at the same time))) WiFi... In this hotel it feels like I don’t know what this wifi is))) The usual one doesn’t catch at all, if you want at least some, then pay. . . $4 a day, 4 days $11.6 days $15. But here is a surprise... Paid Internet catches normally only at the reception and next to the tables, and then not at all, sometimes in the main restaurant, but only from the reception and this is a nightmare. Paid money and got nothing. In short, this hotel is well liked to breed people for money. So. . Let's move on. ALCOHOL . . You can drink it, it seems to be delicious cocktails... About the content of which we don’t know anything, I guessed so, but then your stomach just hates you... Really, on the second day, you feel sick from all this, they say beer is cool funny with water I don't know I didn't drink. The only thing we could drink was baileys with ice (local production) and thanks to the bartender at the reception that he always smiled and cheered us up, the rest are all gloomy and dull. And by the way, alcohol in the bar at the reception is better than near the pool, etc. It is less diluted. And the most important thing for consistency . . Food... Everything was fine if, when coming for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they started preparing food in advance... Because honestly... Standing for 40 minutes for meat, fish, scrambled eggs, etc. P. It's horrible. All seven days the food was monotonous, at first there were delicious pastries, then it disappeared, there were always fruits and this is a plus. Soups, which sometimes were either not tasty (slop) or sour, as well as steamed vegetables are very often sour. Sweets, cakes . . Well, really not tasty, a couple of kinds that you could eat. The queues simply exhausted me, in order to eat meat or fish, I had to stand in line half an hour before the opening of the restaurant... Once there was a turkey, a couple of times chicken, lamb cutlets, pork steaks thin on the fire and fish. But everything is cooked slowly and for a long time, sometimes the meat, fish runs out and that's it. The only thing that was okay was the breakfast.
The dishes in the hotel are chipped, not always clean, where pizza or petals are fried, in the main restaurant . . When we saw that he was wiping the oven with a rag black from dirt... The desire to eat was gone.

Here is a picture of our holiday. And on the last evening, we decided to have dinner at the A la carte restaurant, it is fish, but you can also order a meat menu. Everything is beautiful, on the promenade, by the sea... But it is paid, $ 10 for adults and $ 5 for children over 6 years old. Paid, we were recorded at 7 pm. And this dinner was the last straw or a control shot in the head. Snacks were served to us from a general restaurant and it was not possible to eat them. Well, they didn’t even look like they wanted to eat them. Although we were promised a chic dinner. We waited 40 minutes for drinks. Instead of juice, they brought cocktails with syrups and ice to the children!! ! The menu for the children was not spicy, but there was hot pepper in the salad and it was not possible to eat it. And they brought us just one herb (dill, cress lettuce, parsley and a slice of lemon), they ordered fish of different varieties, but they brought us all the same and after 2 hours of waiting. When it was dark and it was difficult to eat fish. After the salad, the children were brought french fries, and the meat was brought even later and so spicy, a nightmare. Sweet we did not wait and left. The evening was ruined. The children are hungry, we did not have time for the main dinner. So, another day was given away. In the morning they made a scandal and after that we were promised to return the money for this dinner, and yet they returned it, which honestly we did not expect.
The pool. . . Everything is good and clean and everything, but of course the foot basin that is washed in the pool and this water is drained there, etc. The garbage that floats there at the bottom suggests that it is not cleaned very well. It shouldn't be like this, it's better to swim in the sea, which we did.
What I want to say from the pros . . It does not take long 30-40 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel. The territory is well-groomed, clean and very beautiful, the sea is fabulous, there are sun loungers and a canopy on the beach, there is a pier, there are pebbles in the water, and at a depth of sand (it struck me, I would like it the other way around) small pebbles on the beach. Every day there is animation, a kids club, discos, competitions, there was a foamy disco in the pool.
If you still decide to go to this hotel, then please be patient. You will need it!! ! Stay in a bungalow, but be prepared for the fact that lizards will come to visit you, there are a lot of them. Be sure to take a mask and possibly flippers and enjoy the beauty of the sea. Also mountains, forests, etc. Bring you a lot of fun. Compensates for all the inconveniences of the hotel. Better choose another hotel and have a great holiday!
