Кошмар в 5* Nightmare in 5*

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone! I rested in Turkey not for the first time, so there is something to compare! I have never had a worse holiday! We checked in with a Turkish delegation of 200 people, the hotel was clearly not ready for such an influx of guests! it was a battle for food, there was really not enough of it (food), people lined up in huge queues, and when something got it, there was nowhere to sit with a plate, all the tables were littered with dirty dishes, there was clearly not enough staff, and those who were how sleepy! at 10 in the morning there was a second breakfast according to the schedule, but when we arrived by this time we saw how they were taking away the remnants of the first breakfast! if you go to the restaurant a minute earlier, they will scold and kick you out, I was shocked!
Housekeeping is another story! the maids didn't bother to vacuum even once a week! even if they were left a tip, the situation did not change, and the morning hubbub under our door cannot be dispersed by any force!
I've never had a WORSE vacation! I couldn't wait to get home! it's not 5*, but only 2*! dear tourists, in no case do not visit this terrible hotel!
