On the 4th room there was an unpleasant heavy smell, it seems that it came from the carpet on the floor. It seemed to have once been flooded and now it emitted this heavy smell, because it has no chance to dry out to the end. Another option - a room not on the 3rd floor - there was a strong constant hum, either from a central air conditioner, or from a kitchen hood. It was impossible to withstand it for a long time.

The kitchen for the first week was beyond praise, for every taste, but for the next week somehow changed a lot for the worse.
