We were going on vacation spontaneously, so we had to invest a certain amount and find an option for a budget holiday. The girl in the agency advised me this hotel, but when we arrived, we were shocked at where we ended up. This is not a hotel, this is a boarding house. The boarding house sucks. Regarding the check-in, we were told that according to European standards, check-in at 14:00, and settled. The room was standard, but I wouldn't call it that anyway. The room was simply not cleaned, they brought a new set of shampoo and soap, that's all. The food was even worse than what was taken away. We had dessert twice a week, and then, it was the same, it was something poured into a plastic box, three days later - the same box. Turkey and twice a week the same dessert.... well it. . . still had to look for it.... It was indicated that there would be 15 dishes, but the meaning is, on one plate - tomatoes, on the second - cucumbers, on the third - cabbage. The fourth dish is tomatoes with cucumbers, the fifth is cabbage with cucumbers, well, yes, there were probably 15 dishes ((((There seemed to be enough food, but it was so poor.... The point is that this was not Turkey, this was not a buffet where you could try something new, something tasty, something special. . . Most of all I liked the breakfasts. For breakfast there were three types of cheese, 2 types of olives. For breakfast (every day! ) I ate cheese and olives. Also, there were donuts) But I didn’t want donuts that I can cook at home, Turkey is famous for other desserts. In a word, it's sad. . . There are plenty of shops around, the entrance / exit of the hotel went straight to the shopping arcade. I would say that there is generally a passage yard. One girl worked at the reception (she, by the way, cleaned the rooms alone), the hotel has only 70 rooms, and she, given such a small number of vacationers, should have known everyone, but who was interested in entering the hotel, it was possible to go in, from the street it was possible to get not only to the hotel, but also to go to the pool. The territory itself is not large, there were two slides, but they are more like children's ones. There was no animation. Tour guides offered, we went from the tour operator TUI. The guide came for 2-3 days, but there are no complaints about him. Plus - it's friendly, warm Turkey. Minus is Aura Resort Hotel. This is not a hotel, this is a boarding house, they took off the stars, why this hotel is listed on the website with three stars, and some sell it as 4 * I don’t understand. They do not hide the fact that they are a boarding house. If you go to the site, there are beautiful straw umbrellas on the beach in the photo, and if you go to YouTube and look at the video there.....you will see how Aura Resort Hotel is written on a three-legged wooden plank nailed to plywood. That's horrible!
