06/02/19 we came to rest in Turkey, by 20:00 local time we arrived at the Aura Resort Hotel, gave the documents to the reception for registration, put bracelets on us, sent us to dinner, returned....And it began... Our issue was still not resolved, I called the Antalya support service to the TezTour tour operator at the number indicated in the voucher, explained the situation, said the voucher number, promised to call back, and did not call back. When we started talking with the hotel reception about checking into another hotel, they answered that today it’s definitely not (it was already late), only this one, and if you relocate, then with a surcharge, although, as the tour operator explained to us, since there is no room in this hotel they MUST provide a room in another equivalent hotel for free! They set up Wi-Fi for us, so to speak, for free, as compensation... Ha-Ha... Wi-Fi here, even for money, it is impossible to get a normal one: it works for 2 minutes, half an hour without connection, and this is only in the lobby, and he is not in the room at all... Well, okay, it seems that the connection is slipping, let's say. I contacted a travel agent who booked a ticket in Russia, explained the situation, she called Moscow. According to her, the hotel reported to Moscow that we were settled 5 minutes ago, while we were still without a room, on suitcases. Phoned Moscow again, told to go to the reception with a voucher, which confirmed the reservation. They approached, after presenting documents and demanding to provide a room in high tones (before that they tried to control themselves and solve everything in a civilized way), by 24 hours local time we were taken to the room that was cleaned for us (someone was moved somewhere). Oh hallelujah, we went in, finally got to the bathroom... And then a new series... It’s hard to even call the water warm, let alone hot, the shower doesn’t work, and it’s either at night or in the morning... With such a temperature of water, you can only to get sick and then your vacation will become even more "saturated". . . WELCOM.

It even happened that spoiled food was put on the table, from which not a weak "odor" emanated. The bar is almost empty: no beer, diluted wine, tea and coffee of the same kind, fanta, sprite, well, actually, that's all. There were similar desserts three times: something similar to mannik, moreover, destroyed, and something similar to jelly in cups. Some reviews indicated that there were donuts, I never watched. A lot of vegetables in various combinations, and not all of them are edible. Still lifes were amazing: pasta in tomato paste, decorated with a beet rosette, or pasta in ayran, decorated with an orange peel rosette. The horror is complete, but edible can be found. The beach is about 15 minutes, but a very small area, and for three hotels, on which the territory is not marked. A Turk came from one of the hotels and drove him out of the place, he does not speak Russian and does not understand. When they found out about the wild beach, they began to go there so as not to wag their nerves. Actually, the "wildness" of the beach was the lack of sun loungers (it is located not far from the water park, it takes twice as long to go to the hotel beach, but this did not bother us). Animation is only for children and it is very conditional. In general, there were so many complaints that they most likely will not even finish it until the end of the season. The guide said that the reservation of rooms has been terminated. I highly recommend not going to this hotel if you don't want to ruin your holiday!!! !
