We rested in Pinar from May 8 to 22, bought an early booking tour for 37 thousand rubles ($ 1300) for 2 + 1 for 15 days, we were satisfied with the rest, there were no surprises or negatives.

At the time of our arrival, the rooms were partially reconstructed (non-reconstructed rooms are not accommodated), during the stay, the reconstruction was carried out in the hamam and mini-club, they ennoble the territory with might and main, plant flowers, cut the grass, in general, finish those pleasant little things that delight us so much on rest.
I want to write a few more words about the tour operator Pegasus. Personally, they never let me down, everything is clear and on a level, BUT their carrier Orenburg Airlines just finishes me off... the flight there is still all right, although when the stewardess announced that now (at about three in the afternoon) we would be fed a light breakfast whinnying the whole plane, then the whole plane was crying when this breakfast was brought, but the Boeing was replaced with an ancient carcass, so they no longer joked about the "breakfast", just to fly home. But the cost of the flight is low compared to other carriers and they do not have fuel surcharges, so here you get what you paid for.
Accommodation
the territory of the hotel is stretched perpendicular to the sea, the houses are staggered, we lived in room 185, this is the first line from the sea. They settled us without money, we liked the room, but it is located just behind the dance floor, so whoever goes to bed early is better to settle in the middle, between the reception and the sea. Everything in the room is new, except for the wardrobe, bedside tables, split and TV. All standards with three beds, we had a double bed and a full-fledged single bed, we were pleased with the snow-white sheets and curtains, all the plumbing and tiles in the bathroom were new. In May, the rooms are damp, but the split, although old, worked well and silently. We were visiting friends in a 14 * room, everything is the same there, except for the windows (we have metal-plastic, they have wood), there is a free safe in the room.
Nutrition
we liked the food, although it didn’t differ in variety, but everything is cooked without spices, and for my family this is important, before we were in 5 * where there was really nothing to eat due to an overabundance of spices in the dishes, my child ate only bread and watermelons . But there were also those in Pinar who constantly complained about the food, about the lack of meat (there was only chicken and fish), I personally didn’t have enough fruits and freshly cooked pancakes and scrambled eggs in the morning, the rest without complaints, it’s still not 5 *, but 3 * Don't forget that.
Beach
this is my pain... The hotel has a fairly long and wide beach strip, but two-thirds of it is rented by Festival and Kaplan, while local attendants from neighboring hotels also come to swim, although they are not accommodated on sunbeds, but this personally bothered me neighborhood. In general, consider for yourself, on the Pinarovsky piece of beach there are 4 rows of 9 umbrellas each, and the hotel has more than a hundred rooms, the arithmetic is simple. Having experimented on the first day to lie down in the middle of our beach, we didn’t engage in masochism anymore, we chose that edge of the beach that borders on the “seven-star” Gural and enjoyed the sea and sun without screams and fuss. By the way, take slippers with you, the entrance to the sea is quite rocky, i. e. this is not small pebbles, as some write, they, apparently, have not seen small pebbles . .
Animation
During the period of our vacation, the animation team changed all the time, at the time of departure there were 6 people, all Turks, the most groovy BorRe, he also holds a mini-disco and more or less knows Russian. I don’t like animation, so I can’t say anything about their work, we only went to a children’s disco, but here I was struck that they don’t have any clear schedule, mini-disco can start at 21.00, or maybe at 21.30. If Bore is tired or in a bad mood, he danced four songs and Fsyo, but if he is in good shape, then the children can hope for a full-fledged disco (the first time I meet this), maybe everything will settle down in the season, and the composition and schedule.
