Firstly, when we arrived, we were not settled in the hotel where we were supposed to be, so we ended up in the Begonya Hotel. Secondly, we were not fed in the evening, but they told us to come for breakfast. Considering that we were at the airport for 12 hours + the road to the hotel, it was not very pleasant to stay hungry. They settled us on the ground floor, the room was terrible, at the reception we asked to be moved higher, so that there was at least some normal view from the window, we were told that in a few days a room on the 3rd floor should be free and we could be moved, so it was, the room on the 3rd floor was good, we liked it very much. As for nutrition, the first three days we still ate more or less normally, not taking into account the fact that the food was monotonous. After three days of our vacation, new tourists arrived at the hotel and the situation was as follows: breakfast started at 7 am, and at 7:15.7:20 there was nothing there and we were just hungry, although breakfast was until 9 am. Plus, there was a situation when we were on an excursion and were late for lunch by 2 minutes (i. e. . came 2 minutes after the end of lunch), came to the reception and asked if we could have lunch, we saw that there was food in the kitchen, but they told us that they had thrown everything away, there was nothing there, they suggested that we wait for dinner to start. That is, they didn’t want to help us with anything, they didn’t offer fruit, they didn’t offer anything else, again we were left hungry. In general, Begonya is a small hotel that has a small territory, a small pool, we didn’t even have a desire to swim in this pool, since it was so small that there was nowhere to turn around, roughly speaking. We went to the beach near the hotel, but they drove us away from there and said that our hotel beach was further. When we went further, there were just iron couches on which we didn’t want to sunbathe, the beach was poorly equipped. Outside the hotel, a 5-minute walk were the markets, a little further cafes / restaurants. We saw the guide at the hotel once, he hung noodles on our ears, we did not see him again. The guide did not tell what are the conditions for buying an excursion, in what cases money can be returned if we cannot go on an excursion. We had a situation that I could not go on a paid excursion, because I had a high temperature, we wanted to return the money, to which we were told that according to the rules, there is no refund, although when we paid for the excursion, these rules were given to us no one spoke up. I want to note that the hotel has a nice and pleasant girl at the reception, her presence there is probably the only plus.
