September 7.2020, we flew to Antalya (Kemer) for a week. We did not receive any information about who was infected, our objections that we were sitting far away, wearing masks and not having any symptoms, were ignored.

I will separately note the behavior of the Anex tour and the guide Mustafa. No information was provided to us, we found out everything ourselves from the Internet or from the insurance company, who were the only ones who normally communicated with us and helped in every possible way.

Mustafa told us to sit, do nothing and wait for the flight. When we started to get indignant, asked for a test, to give more information, he sent us to call the office. From the 7th attempt, we were connected to the office, they didn’t tell us anything intelligible, when they asked for a paper stating that they were denied isolation. They refer to the order of the authority, but to say what kind of document and according to what regulations they do this to us - they received a call rejection...

We were also intimidated by the police and huge fines if we did not keep quiet and try to leave the room.

When we began to put pressure on the legal side of the issue, our guide disappeared - no answers to our messages, no answers to calls...

Due to, in my opinion, deliberately hushing up the problem, we lost a lot of time... we could have done the tests on the first day.

Here are the representatives of the Arnas Beach Hotel at least pretending to be trying to help. They promised to follow. the day that the head of the hotel will come and we will resolve the issue. Food was brought, but for one person, and there were 2 adults and a child in the room, often not what we asked for. The same goes for relatives in the next room, where a very small child lived. Once we asked to transfer the package to the next room (there was baby food for a relative, we arrived together), so it was taken away from us at 22:00, and they were delivered at 01:00. Given that there was a child who was not even 2 years old, this, to put it mildly, is disgusting, they were all awakened.


Next. In the morning, my wife decided that we did not need such a rest and that we had to leave at any cost. Therefore, in the morning we ourselves contacted the insurance company, called the doctors and tested for covid. Representatives of the hotel and Mustafa dissuaded us!! ! Like, you have to do it later, sit in the room.

The doctors arrived at the same time as the hotel management arrived. We received promises that with a negative test we could immediately use the services of the hotel in full, and apologized for being locked in the room (they lied to us, they did not let us out until the moment of departure).

The cost of the test came out to 900 lira, we insisted on paying by card (according to our data, we did not give any documents who pays in cash).

It remains to hold out for 24-30 hours and find out the result of the test.

The day of the next day is the most exciting. All on your nerves, waiting for the long-awaited call with the test results. Two days of imprisonment with a small child is a test. At 15:30, we were informed that the tests were negative, but for another hour we were not allowed to leave the room, because some paper with the results had not yet arrived at the hotel (as it turned out, we were only allowed out for a transfer).

We ourselves were already ready to buy tickets back, but the hotel guide postponed our flight a day earlier. This is the only way he helped us. At 17:40 we finally got out of confinement and boarded the bus.

It was funny to see how the transfer was organized again. No one was forced to wear masks, no one was asked to take a seat, I keep my distance. The main motto, probably, is that people will be outside the country and we don’t care about the result.
