Hello. I have long wanted to leave a review about this "wonderful" hotel, but somehow the hands did not reach. And so I decided to take you away from excess hemorrhoids. When choosing three-star hotels in Kemer, of course, great attention was paid to the pools. This was our mistake.
After arriving and checking into the hotel, we were shocked by the difference between what we saw in the picture and in real life. Yes, the pool turned out to be the same as in the picture, but I swam in it for 8 days 2 times at most. This is where the pros of this hotel end.
They settled us in a small nover, no more than 12 sq. m. , where it was dirty, not cleaned and disgusting. The medel is old and shabby, the walls were painted in the color of childish surprise, it was scary to walk barefoot on the floor (it was dirty and the blit was so fastened that it would seem that it would burst), but what about the floor, it was more comfortable for me to lie on a sunbed on the beach than on hotel beds. For half an hour they were looking for the remote control from the air conditioner, as a result they brought someone else from another room. And then we realized that he was not needed as a resident of this room, since the air conditioner blew some kind of unpleasant smell. The TV also began to show not immediately, but after the physical application of the fist on the cover, it began to show. This and all household appliances that were present in the room, except for a semi-working hair dryer.

Then we go into the shower room, ffuuuuu, the shower is all dirty, the riser is clogged with water that doesn’t really come down, the sink too. In short, dirt is everywhere. Naturally, we began to complain, as did many other residents of the hotel. They asked us to move, they said there were no free rooms in three days. They asked to clean it up, it was cleaned two days later, but we never waited for the resettlement, they fed us breakfast.
By the way, the kitchen is also not very good, so I had to eat ice cream : ) On the natural table there was chicken and again chicken, well, potatoes. There are too many people in the hotel, there are not enough tables, and many of them stand directly in the sun and without umbrellas, so those who did not have time eat right in the sun.
The hotel itself is located far from the sea. From the first time, without someone's help, you will not reach the sea, you will get lost. And then, the hotel’s beach is located, as I understand it, somewhere outside the city, because I went there a free bus 2 times a day and said that it would take about 40 minutes to go there. We never went there, because we found a free beach 10-15 min walk from the hotel.
In general, the hotel has enough of such "merits", it's just that I've gotten a little stoked to write. Well, in the conclusion I want to put marks on a 10-point scale:
Service: 2 out of 10
Cleanliness: 3 out of 10
Comfort: 2 out of 10
Cuisine: 6 out of 10 (for free drinks)
