Minuses:

1. The staff steals!!! ! I lost things in the amount of 5000 rubles, managers shrug, like storing valuables in a safe. And in the safe I had documents and money with credit cards, but here are the jewelry earrings, and the original headphones from the Samsung phone with 8 plus were on the mirror and they were gone !!!! ! They looked through the cameras that, apart from the maids, no one came to me, but it’s also not clear that they took them out of the room. Of course, it’s not visible (I wrapped it in a towel, or put it in my pocket and didn’t notice it). Very disappointing ! That day I proved to the managers that I was robbed and they refused to reimburse me for anything! They lie at every turn, change their positions and get out @!!!! ! The sediment is not pleasant, and besides, I learned from the hotel workers that I am not the first robbed tourist this year !!!!
2. The attitude of managers towards people is terrible, especially Aida! Nasty, lying! They should not be allowed to work with clients! They just ruined the impression of their hotel! Even though they just opened! Vmpm I will tell my friends categorically not to go there!
3. Cleaning is disgusting! I'm attaching a photo....the towels were really changed every day, but the bed was changed 9 days in advance 1 day before our departure! The dust was wiped with a towel for the face... from my own room, which she changed later. I wiped the floors with a smelly rag, when she left for another 2 hours it smelled...
4. For some reason, the air conditioner turns off by itself at night. I woke up from stuffiness in the middle of the night, I had to get up and run to turn it on.
5. Constantly in the bathroom it smelled of conolivation !! ! And all the time there is a noise from the bathroom, look now water or something else will climb back from the drain...
6. Flies in the dining room! And in the dining room lie have to drive away constantly! And at the buffet....you come up, you want to take something, and there almost five pieces fly off from one cold dish . .
There are also homeless cats running right into the dining room!
7. I do not advise you this hotel! !! ! Management is useless!! ! They can’t solve anything, even some cleaning, they just don’t bother!
