For a very long time we decided on the hotel and the place, re-read a lot of reviews, spent a lot of time, because we were afraid to make a mistake with the choice, so I decided to help the others, since it’s unpleasant to read outright lies, apparently written by competitors. We arrived at about 1900, settled immediately, our wishes were indicated in the voucher, without any money scams (I am writing sincerely) everything was done, the room was on the 6th floor, frontally mountains, on the right side of the sea,
The room was standard, 22 squares, with a balcony, upon check-in they offered to check in a room for 5 squares more without additional payments, but in a two-story "bungalow", they refused, they did it right, the view is not very good and there is too much traffic, you will not relax fully. The room is cleaned every day, clean and tidy, towels are changed every other day, soap and shampoos are replenished as they run out, there is a TV, although we rarely watched it. There is always water in the shower and the tap, the air conditioner worked without problems, the electric kettle too. There is free wi-fi in the room (as well as throughout the hotel), it worked well everywhere, I took a netbook with me for work, sometimes I turned on cartoons on YouTube for the children, no problem, those who write about bad wi-fi are lies. There is also a free safe in the room, all valuables were stored in it.

Staff: very helpful and polite, there were no hints of "give me money" or rudeness, they smile at all small children (the youngest son is 2 years old, he was delighted), the service is at a very high level, from cleaning the room to bar service. There are many of those who communicate in "broken" Russian, apparently due to the fact that there are many vacationers from Russia, during our stay about 80-85%. Big fellows thanks to them.
Food and environment. Of the minuses:
there is practically no fish, beef, veal, and it is extremely problematic to feed our youngest son, we had difficulty choosing food for him. Smoking on the summer verandas was also not very pleasing. Otherwise, everything is in abundance, you can’t try everything: fruits, vegetables, greens, side dishes, chicken, spices, sauces, sweets, even honey was in the combs. Plus in the bars ice cream, different sandwiches, pies. I didn’t see any queues, except tomorrow, when 20 people are queuing for pancakes. There was no shortage of products, except for the above, everything was in abundance, with us they even gave crayfish a couple of times and once sushi
