The hotel is at the level of 3 ***, although it is declared as 4 ****. What struck me the most was the rudeness and lack of service. The service staff is just rude. In general, many say that holidays in Turkey have deteriorated over the past 2 years, the Turks are simply sick of the fact that a huge number of our tourists travel to Turkey. Why try if anyway people go and all the places in hotels are occupied. I understand that Turkey is good because the tours are cheap, like what you paid for, you got it. But besides the understandable disadvantages that I expected - the hotel does not correspond to the category, the room was cleaned only 3 times in 10 days, meals in the canteen, diluted drinks, etc. - I was amazed at the attitude of the Turks, everyone, from the waiter to the owner of the hotel, to tourists.
Here is our case: our girlfriend asked the bartender to pour her wine at 23.00 (the bar is open until 24.00), but he refused and a scandal came out of this: the bartender suggested that she herself go and pour what she wanted, and he called the guards, the guard hit her in the face... When the showdown began at the reception, when asked to introduce himself to his client, the owner of the hotel replied that if you bought accommodation here, this does not mean that you bought my hotel. Of course, I said that in addition to accommodation, I also bought service and maintenance on the All Inclusive system until 24.00. But everything is useless. When we took a picture of him (the owner), we were taken out of the hotel under white hands. (I am attaching a photo to the review - it cost us a lot) By the way, I want to say a big thank you and respect to the employees of the Neva travel agency in Turkey, who arrived very promptly at night on our call for disassembly. Then they tried to find us another hotel, but unfortunately they did not find it, there were no places. We had to live in our own. They left us there on the condition that we would not tell other tourists about the scandal. That's it.
