The only thing that was acceptable in this hotel was the food, everything else for a hotel in Turkey with 4 * sucks. Standard room 2*1.5m. It's as if there are no walls, you can hear everything that is done from above, below and in neighboring rooms. It also seems that the hotel rooms either hosted hostilities or lived homeless people - all in a state of death. Specifically, in our room - this is the absence of one door in the closet (but with bird feathers inside : ), protruding wiring in the lamp above the bed (an attempt to hide it under the lamp ended with the ceiling falling, it’s good that it wasn’t on the head), scratched walls, scratched cheap furniture, antediluvian central air conditioner, someone's nails on the carpet, etc. The view from the window is also cool: opposite the nose to nose balconies and windows of the neighboring hotel, to the right is the roadway, along which cars constantly drive, in general, nature : ).
The territory of the hotel is NOT FENCED IN ANY WAY, there is no greenery: on the one hand, there is a road, on the second, nose to nose, the hotel, on the third, a RESIDENTIAL HOUSE (three meters from the wall of our hotel! ), on the fourth, a beach path past all the hotels, along which anyone can walk . In general, the impression is that you are in an aquarium and everyone is watching you (you sit and eat, someone walks past along the beach path and looks almost into your mouth, you go out onto the balcony - they look from a neighboring hotel, hit it!
Separate song - service. I have never met such an attitude towards Russians anywhere - this is a quiet horror. When you check into a hotel, you will be quickly processed, pushed into the worst room, and then they will either completely forget about you or, if you are persistent in your requests, they will lie to you or ignore you. Cleaning in the room killed completely. The maids threw a mountain of blankets, as EVERYTHING could, and what else were you waiting for? ! "If something does not suit you, you need to relax in a 5 * hotel" - these are their words! This is such great hospitality. While we were trying to change the number to another, we observed our compatriots who were also trying to solve some problems with service or accommodation. Apparently, they did this not for the first time and were very annoyed. Three days later we left this hotel, but the impression of the holiday was already spoiled.
