Doubts about the quality of the hotel crept in even before departure, when we saw that some travel agencies rate it at 3 stars, while others at 4. Still, we decided to go there, because. our friends had already bought a trip to this hotel and we wanted to relax together.
Beach:
Problems began with the first access to the beach: it turns out there are not enough sun umbrellas and mattresses for everyone. Therefore, as in the old Soviet times, in order to take an umbrella and a sunbed with a mattress, you need to come to the beach no later than 7:00, and then you may not have time. After, probably, after all, numerous complaints, the hotel administration decided to build a canopy (and they built it, of course, in the first half of the day, when everyone spends time on the beach, so 10-15 people had to be driven from their seats). We must pay tribute to them that they built it quickly, but it would be better if they bought more umbrellas in neighboring kiosks, because. until 4 pm, in the very sun, the canopy did not give any shade and the story with umbrellas continued.

Another "pleasant" surprise was the absence of a bar on the beach. Maybe we didn't understand something and a cooler with a chemical UPI and water should be called a bar?
Speaking of bars - 4 bars are declared in the hotel advertisements, we counted 2: one near the pool, the second in the restaurant. Where they hid 2 more - we never found out.
But that's not all the trouble on the beach - as it turned out, the administration did not take care of the presence of a toilet on the beach, and because. the hotel is still on the 2nd line, then do not be surprised if you find a yellowish tint by the sea. There are big doubts that our compatriots and dear Russians will pay 50 cents for going to a toilet of dubious quality at a nearby campsite for locals.
About food:
lunch and dinner are still tolerable if meat is not the main component in your diet. But be careful - salads are not updated, whoever ate the delicious salad first. There is nothing for breakfast - every day only eggs with scrambled eggs and local yogurt with different cereals. But the bread is delicious, we ate it every morning. If you like the local boiled sausage - you are lucky, you can eat it as much as you like, there will be very few competitors.
About catering:
simply by observing one day what is happening in the restaurant, the manager could avoid at least this complaint from tourists by making elementary corrections:
- put at least one more knife for cutting bread (minus one constant queue)
- allocate one more place for duplicating basins with main hot dishes (there are only 4 of them), sacrificing 1-2 tables inside the restaurant. No one would have noticed the absence of these tables - there was enough space inside for everyone
- or at least put another 1-2 spoons in bowls with hot dishes and the queue would not be going
About the animator:

it still remains a mystery why the administration hired an animator who does not speak a word of Russian to work in a hotel designed only for Ukraine and Russia. He was also very annoyed by his constant screams of no idea what into the microphone (he probably didn’t know that the microphone was just created so that you could not scream and everyone could hear you) and terribly loud music, especially after dinner, when usually everyone is quiet hour.
About the rooms:
In principle, it’s good and the furniture is not very “killed”, but again they could not help but distinguish themselves - the curtain in the shower was hung 15-20 cm higher than necessary, therefore, during bathing, all the water flows to the floor, forming a mini- swimming pool.
But a beautiful view from the window of the orange grove and mountains.
