Before me, people were picked up from the hotel at 3-4 in the morning, instead of the usual 13-14, and my flight was also rescheduled. Instead of leaving at 17.00, I flew out at 8 in the morning.
Naturally, no breakfast, no dinner, no sea... although it was the number of days and not nights that were paid. Before that, I always flew through Tui, probably 9 times, and there were never such surprises with an early departure.
It is also striking that the tour operator Sunrise Tour, from which a ticket to this hotel was purchased, answers all claims that she has fulfilled her obligations. They apparently call it an obligation to take a tourist and bring it back. And in what conditions he will live, this is of little concern to them. Although my rights as a consumer to fully provide information about the purchased product or service were clearly violated.
