Rested with my husband in this hotel from 11 to 20 July.

Let's start with the pros:

- convenient location: the hotel is close to Antalya airport;

- a compact hotel where everything is close: pools, bars, restaurants and the beach;

- our room was spacious, bright, freshly renovated; took a sea view; the balcony is large enough: there are clothes dryers, armchairs and a table, in the evening you can enjoy the view of the sea (because it is very hot on the balcony before lunch);

- very tasty coffee in a coffee shop and unlimited chocolate ice cream))

- from the sea and pantone offers a gorgeous view of the mountains;

- a lot of bars where they make different cocktails. Some bars are open 24/7;

- Loved the breakfast. There is a choice for every taste: We recommend not to take coffee in a restaurant, as it is from a typewriter, but it is better to take brewed coffee in a coffee shop, but it is open from 10 am.

Unfortunately, there were more cons for us:

And since our room was overlooking the sea and the pier (on which there was a disco), it was impossible to sleep at all, because there is simply no soundproofing in the room! ! ! Measured by phone (with the doors completely closed 65 dB). With what to compare: from 60 to 70 dB - it's like in a crowded office);

- they came to clean all neighboring rooms at lunchtime, but even with the doors closed, it’s impossible to relax at lunchtime, as the staff speaks very loudly among themselves, vacuums and knocks so that you shouldn’t expect peace + the music on the pool is very loud;

- filling the room with hygiene products: this is very funny and funny. Strange standards: hair conditioner was given only on the 3rd day, disposable slippers were taken away after a couple of days and never returned, and one bathrobe was taken away and returned only the next day, there was no liquid hand soap in the dispenser (it was empty all 9 days), only solid soap).
Although we have no complaints about changing towels and bed linen;

- cocktails at the bar were delicious only every other time, the bartenders frankly can't cope with so many guests;

- the choice of food for lunch and dinner is quite monotonous;

- the waiters did not cope with the full seating of guests in the restaurant at all, and no matter what time you came: the hall is always full, there is a long queue for all dishes, the employees do not speak and understand both English and Russian. I also had to wait for 10 minutes for a table to be vacated or to go around asking the waiters to bring the appliances - this is very strange for a 5 * hotel

- Food Court is a completely different story. Orders are being taken very slowly. Waiters may even forget that you made an order. After placing the order, we waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes, while calling the waiter several times, but we were frankly ignored. When we approached and asked the administrator where is our order?
he called the waitress - and she replied "sorry, I forgot".

The service is just terrible.

At the same time, we turned to the "Guest Relation" counter, which is located opposite the reception, where we were told that they would take this into account. But unfortunately, nothing has changed throughout the rest. There were more and more people, and the service only got worse.

Dear Grand Park Hotel Kemer, we understand that you have a full load, BUT this should in no way affect the quality of service and relaxation of each guest!

After all, they paid (not a small cost) for staying in your 5 * hotel and should not be inconvenienced by the fact that you have bad management, not enough staff or they just do their job poorly!
