We chose a hotel for a very long time for a holiday with a small child (1.5g). We chose this hotel mainly through a good beach (Calista). What a disappointment it was to find out a week before departure that this beach is now paid, and from the hotel there is now a pebble beach near the marina itself! And this is not Pegasus reported - they themselves read in the reviews! (therefore, a huge minus for Pegasus, because they didn’t even apologize - they offered to replace the hotel, but the proposed options were even worse! ). In general, the majority chose the hotel precisely because of this beach, and the majority expected the same set-up! The new beach is very dirty, looks like a gypsy camp, is located near the marina itself (and this is fuel on the water) and the entrance is large pebbles. We went there, looked and decided to go to Calista for a fee. Near Calista, across the bridge, there is a piece of a free beach, without sunbeds with your own towel, but it was uncomfortable + dirty for us there (Calista was well cleaned).
In general, Calista is worth even paying for it ($ 3 for a sunbed for our hotel and 4 for others). This is the best beach of all in Moon light bay - it's clean, good service and music. The hotel lost a lot from leaving this beach.
But I'll go through the points.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's even a plus - the music is not so heard at night. There is indeed a sewer smell, but not always. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking a wasteland and on the horse, too, sometimes you could hear the sewerage, but not very straight.
There is no territory at all. After the reception immediately swimming pool. It is inconvenient to go to the far building through the bachein - it is always wet and sooo slippery there - I almost fell a couple of times. The pool is small, I won’t say that it would directly stink of bleach, but there should be disinfection. There is a 35 cm children's pool. My child and I did not swim in the pools - only my husband 2 times. The slide only works an hour a day.

Number. We were in the back building on the 2nd floor. Field view.
The norm itself is normal, they put a crib. The plumbing is in poor condition - rusty and the faucet in the washbasin did not open well. But you can wash. The first 2 days we could not catch warm water . . barely. We turned to the reception - a day later there was already boiling water. Goosebumps also ran in the bathroom, but they did no harm to us. The equipment worked fine, there is a refrigerator, a safe for a fee. The bed is comfortable.

Cleaning. Every day women came with cleaning, but it's hard to say whether they cleaned. At first, they seemed to change the bed and towels, but, apparently, they realized that we did not leave a tip - they did not change anything except the towel under our feet. A neighbor always left a dollar - they changed everything every day. Toilet paper was always added and rubbish taken away. For the last 3 days, neither the bed nor the towels have been changed. Near our room there was a pantry of cleaners - very noisy women + smoked there, that the smell in our room was standing.

Nutrition.

In general, we liked it, although there was a feeling that there was a lot of chemistry in some dishes (or such seasonings they have). In general, it was great for me, my husband didn’t have enough meat (there was chicken, sometimes incomprehensible soy cutlets). Even a child always had something to eat. Breakfast is always the same - the only difference is scrambled eggs or pancakes (fritters were sooo tasty) for hot, milk porridge, and muesli, various cereals and balls, milk or yogurt (yoghurts are very delicious, by the way). Tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese (very salty), several types of sausages, always fresh bread, warm buns, olives, boiled eggs. In principle, we always had something to have breakfast, I don’t understand why they write that there is nothing to eat.
Lunch - always soup (for an amateur), fresh bread, a lot of vegetables, herbs, cheeses, salads also for an amateur (from eggs, pasta, etc. ), sauces, chickpeas or beans, rice (very tasty), pasta, vegetable stew, vegetables , chicken, etc. Sweet (different pies), fruits (apple, orange, grapefruit, plum, whatever).
Dinner is also always soup, then the same set of vegetables and salads, rice, potatoes, pasta for garnish, chicken, stew, etc. Grilled fish 3 times, very tasty! There was also meat like shawarma 2 times. Well, sweet - delicious cakes, the same pies and fruits.
Drinks - water, coffee from the machine, tea, cola sprite on the bar, something chemical like UPI from the machine. I also saw people drink beer, wine from alcohol (I wanted to try it once - it’s hard to call it wine), something else like whiskey or gin (we didn’t drink alcohol, so it’s hard to say).
In general, you definitely won’t be hungry, we liked the kitchen, but on the 5th day it was already hard.
Minus - flies, cleaning tables (the dishes were cleaned, but the tables were not wiped, only after dinner, that is, after someone to eat at a dirty table). In general, the waiters are good fellows - they have a hell of a job, they try, but still the cleanliness is shabby.
Another of the minuses is the queue, sometimes the lack of appliances and glasses for drinks.
Service.
In general, it is clear that everyone is trying. Very nice men at the reception. Everyone tries to help, there is nothing to complain about. The chef is also pleasant, he always went out to the hall for dinner. Everything is good except cleaning.

General impression. Hotel for picky tourists. For those who have not been in the best hotels. For me personally, 4 does not pull, but quite good. We were satisfied with almost everything. Cats live near the hotel - they come to ask for food, climb on their hands ...it’s good for cat lovers, I don’t know about others. Kemer is beautiful, if you don't sit in a hotel, then it's generally excellent. We went to the sea, so we are quite satisfied. Once again - for picky tourists at the very time!

Pros: good food, decent rooms, friendly staff.
Cons: cleanliness, cleaning, lack of territory, smell of sewage, flies in the dining room.
