I bought a tour for the family from TPG to the Millennium Risort Kemer 5 * hotel two days before departure. 25.05. 2017 came to the hotel from that moment difficulties began.

- Settled in the room where the builders worked, laid tiles.
After waiting, they gave another room in which the air conditioner did not work, the TV did not close, the balcony did not close, there was no safe, the sewage system was clogged, there were no bath accessories and there was one bar of soap for two, there was no drinking water, a blanket. - Having visited the restaurant, we saw dirty crumpled tablecloths, torn curtains, lack of dishes. The food is not fresh (for example: grilled vegetables, fried potatoes like from the refrigerator), low quality dishes and limited selection, confectionery can hardly be called food, there is almost no fruit. Drink selection is minimal. Queues for food, behind the grill stood 50 minutes. (I'm attaching a photo)
- The road to the beach passed through a garbage dump on a destroyed wooden deck in disrepair. There is no other way! (Photos attached)

- The beach is 20 meters wide near the technical area with boats, very dirty, only 7 umbrellas in poor condition for the entire beach. The sun loungers are dirty, partly broken, not enough. The mattresses are torn, dirty and not enough for all the sun loungers. The only dressing cabin was used as a toilet. There was no bar on the beach, only water like YUPI.
