We went to this hotel on the advice of a tour operator, we chose between family and milineum. The tour operator said why overpay for the first, if you can go, also in the top five but a little cheaper. We agreed. After reading the reviews, I was already ready to just take the tour, but decided that I had traveled around Russia on business trips and lived in worse conditions, and the sea and the sun were the same everywhere. The hotel is located on the third line, 10-15 minutes walk to the sea, they quickly settled into the room, but the room was certainly dirty, but I thought it would be worse. But the jamb of the rooms is that they didn’t open for a damn, a day, after each closing of the room, I had to lower it 10 times and take a new key. Once we arrived after the club and could not get into it for an hour, the staff did not know what to do at all. They cleaned the room badly twice in 10 days, and then they threw out the garbage and that's it, they left the money so that they cleaned it well, they took the money, but it did not affect the cleanliness. Towels were not changed, as well as bed linen, the cleaners do not understand English or Russian. The food, in principle, is tolerable, they did not remain hungry, there were no queues for the grill, until there was a big race, then there was hell in the dining room, everything was swept away like locusts, they stood behind the grill for 1.5 hours. Bar varied wine white, red, whiskey, gin, vodka, cocktails. Water is a different story. On the first day, they gave out a bottle and then every day you go to the cooler with it and fill it up. The animation is average, go below average, of the whole team, only Yulia is normal, and Timur, the rest, is like a sack. We did not swim in the pool because there was a feeling that it was not cleaned at all. According to the contingent in our race, there were only Ukrainians and most of them hostile, once they even poured beer and ran after a Belarusian with a chair. If in general, then they were satisfied with the rest, because they practically did not sit in the hotel, and made up their own leisure time! So, set yourself up for the positive))) by the way, during the time of the star, constantly that they changed and improved it can and will bring it into good shape. Even the staff says that at the beginning it was just hell, but now it’s more or less) everyone have a good rest and positive))
