Firstly: thanks for the Eliz hotel (Kilikia Resort Camyuva) - we really liked it, as in all hotels there are minor flaws, but the advantages win and you don’t notice the disadvantage. Islam said that if the departure time did not change as of 21:00 on 09.08. 14, it is at 09:30, then it will not change in the morning, but I asked to keep in mind and report the changes.

On the night of 10.08. 14 at 02:45 a female guide from Biblio Globus called us twice and said in Russian that the transfer was served, to which her husband told her that we had an individual transfer to the hotel at 06:00. After that we went to bed, in the morning at 05:40 an individual transfer was served, we calmly went to the airport, knowing that our departure was at 09:30, this information hung on the stand, and upon arrival at the airport at 07:00, slowly wrapping suitcases - they saw on the scoreboard that the departure time of our flight 7W7018 was at 07:20. In a panic, we turned to the information block, where we were told that everything was already done - registration was over. I started calling the guide Islam and demanding an explanation, to which he replied in a sleepy voice that he would find out everything and call back. We were approached by representatives of the Biblio Globus, to whom, in tears, I fully explained the situation,

I even specifically checked our flight number with other tourists in order to understand if the time had not changed and with whom else we would fly, but there were only three on flight 7W7018 at 09:30 (as it was printed on the lists).
