rested as a family with two children aged 1 and 6. In Turkey, the 2nd time, this hotel was chosen according to a suitable “description” - a small hotel, first line, a kids club and food. We were very tired from the road, especially children, to the hotel we arrived at 12.00, but they settled us at about 15.00, referring to the fact that all the rooms are being cleaned at the moment and before 14.00 it’s still no way. The weather was summer, about 40 degrees in the sun, so we were expected in the lobby. poorly worked, it was stuffy, just impossible. I want to write a lot, I'll start with the pros:
1. the sea is warm, transparent, clean, there are no large cobblestones in the water
2. water slides on the territory of the hotel delight both adults and kids
3. compact small green area of ​ ​ the hotel
And now for the cons:

1. we were given a room on floor "A" in the main building, in which the safe was not working, the closet door immediately broke when opened, water periodically dripped from the ceiling (such a speck with mold on the ceiling near the air conditioner), the air conditioner itself worked well, but the grate was gray-black, the bathroom frankly stank, the drain in the toilet was “dumb”, and the shower was not allocated in any way and covered with a rag curtain, so after bathing with the whole family, the floor in the toilet and the shower dash was constantly wet
2. food - there was a lot of it, they didn’t try with variety, though there was one “seafood day” - crab, crayfish, squid, but it wasn’t tasty at all. And there was trouble with fruits - only apples, oranges, apricots and hard blue plums, as well as watermelon (not sweet) - and such a “fruit set” every day. The children's menu consisted of three rams, one of them always had sausages in ketchup. For younger children, not yogurt, not mashed potatoes
3. service. . . that means the cleaning took place once in 4 days, and that's because the husband caught the cleaning lady and said to go clean because the child was sleeping at a certain time. It would be better if they didn't clean! after their vacuum cleaner, there was a lot of garbage left - even sweets from previous races. One towel with a hole, the second with a stain - and it was not a shame to bring them to the room! All requests at the reception had no feedback. The staff is lazy and indifferent.
4. the territory is not cleaned carefully, the garbage is not taken out on time, the grates in the pool are just moldy, it can be seen with the naked eye, but apparently it doesn’t care for everyone.
5. toilets are common, dirty, in general, they have a strange attitude towards cleaning, just to do something like
6. children's animation for C grade. Evening discos are tiring and monotonous. You don’t feel that the girls who work there with children are in their place
Summing up my review, I do not recommend staying at this hotel, especially for those with kids and those who like the service to match the description and the money spent.
