Tour purchased on September 27.2018. for 11 days, from the tour operator Tui for 3 people (adults) at a price of 147 thousand rubles. in Kilikia Resort Hotel, Camyuva. as much as 5 STARS, ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE.
We arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the morning, and the most interesting thing began, namely, our vacation, alas, was not on the "all inclusive" system, but on the "serve yourself" system.

We have a voucher that says THREE ADULTS, but, alas, we get a room without a 3rd place and, accordingly, without a set of towels and bed linen for a third person, let me remind you that there are three adults in the voucher, the room must be 3-bed . The answer is - everything will be ok, we will bring a third bed, and bed linen, and towels. Question: and from 11 am to 2 pm, what did you do before you settled three adults, according to the voucher, in a 2-bed room with a small sofa. Since the third bed can only be placed next to the two standing ones, the daughter decided to sleep on the sofa, fortunately, if you do not stretch your legs completely, you can fit. It remains only to wait for bed linen and towels.
We go to the sea, we return - there is linen, there are no towels for the third person, we went to the reception for towels. The answer is they will bring it now. It wasn't there, the towels were received - after the 3rd call, in the late afternoon. And this is a 5-star hotel, so what if you have three registered in the VOUCHER, just think, you paid for a triple room.
In general, the staff at the hotel is very good, always ready to help, and the hotel management is absent, one word is the "serve yourself" system.
Well, okay, we continue to relax - swim, sunbathe. I came from the beach, the room was cleaned, I decided to wash, ONCE - and THERE IS NO BODY TOWELS, from the word AT ALL, and the tip was left, well, we go to the reception, we get an answer - the towels will be in 30 minutes "and it's already lunch time, 1 pm Well, this is not the end of the entertainment, the next day they changed the linen in the room, got it for tea, but they didn’t leave duvet covers or sheets to cover themselves, but why do you sleep on sheets, why do you need to hide, and it’s so hot. But here I was lucky, I caught the maid (young guys are cleaning, they don’t speak English, they don’t speak Russian, they speak only with gestures) and brought me to the room, I show with gestures - where are the duvet covers ? , and he points to the blankets (without a duvet cover) and says - " everything is ok, " he wonders what else the guest needs. After further explanations, he finally got a sheet.
We continue to relax, swim in the warm clear sea, bask on the beach, in the shade, under spacious tents.

But it was not there! A couple of days pass, and ahead of us was waiting for a new ENTERTAINMENT called "turn into a fried carcass. " on the evening of September 30, the hotel administration instructed, and the staff removed all the tents on the beach within 2 hours. This was explained by the fact that a storm warning was announced. People taking it with understanding, well, it happens. In the end, there was no storm, only a little rain fell. The next day, the sea is quiet, but smooth. NO TENTS! We ask - where are the awnings? The clerk, the head of the beach, cheerfully answers "TENTS FINISH", and everyone is roasting under the scorching sun. It's hot, not a cloud in the sky, the sea is calm. Panic rises, people burn in the sun in the full sense of the word, children walk around burned. The administration begins to issue umbrellas, small in size, the number of which is enough for 30% of vacationers on the beach, and you have to drag them yourself. The next day, umbrella wars begin, theft of umbrellas from each other, scandals - just fun - beat yourself a place in the sun - or rather in the shade. By the way, in neighboring hotels all the tents are in place. In our answer - they were waiting for a storm, and now the awnings - FINISH (like, anyway, soon - the end of the season). Walking to the hotel management begins. HA! , it does not connect. We go to the TUI GUIDES, who are constantly sitting in the hotel lobby at their table, and to the calls of tourists "we bought tours from your company, do something! ", we get a verbatim ANSWER "I didn't sell you a TOUR". Well, you are the representative of TUI! - "Yes, but I didn't sell the TOUR to you, the hotel is not mine, and we can't do anything, HA! You don't like it, well, don't go through us, don't worry, we won't be left without work. COMPLAINT!! ! This is your right . " After much arguing, the answer was received that "the issue is being resolved. " At the reception, we ask: "Can I talk to the hotel management? " - NO!! ! The girl with the guest relation also makes a helpless gesture - this is the decision of the hotel administration, we can’t do anything.
Such blood pressure lasts for three days, there is no management at all, only hotel employees. People write reviews on the Internet, how fun it is here. And then the elder appears, and says (through an interpreter) - we will return the tents. The next day, pay attention, TWO employees, slowly, from 11 to 16 hours, begin to hang awnings. They hung awnings for 4 days, despite the complaints, (and they were filmed by 10 people, they did it in 2 hours). The rest for four days was just super - if you don’t want to burn out in the sun, get a shade for yourself, and win your right to shade. TUI turned out to be a SUPER OPERATOR, paid us and is free, if you don’t like it - complain! So buy excursions from them, they will also say it's not WE, it's a driver, or a GUIDE.
Well, now about the ADVANTAGES of the hotel, they are! There is only one question: will they outweigh the shortcomings outlined above?
1. Territory - SUPER, a lot of greenery, well-groomed, clean, relatively large.
2. The rooms in the main building correspond to the photographs.
3. The beach is clean, there is a pier with stairs to descend into the water; there are enough sunbeds, there are showers - even a few, convenience for washing feet - watering cans on flexible hoses, changing cabins - as many as three (although all the locks do not work). The beach is cleaned daily.
4. Food - very good, you won't stay hungry for sure. Although some guests lacked something: some - variety, some - beef, etc. But alas, you can't please everyone!
5. The hotel staff is very friendly, excellent service in restaurants and bars, which can not be said about the reception and maids.
In general, the impression that the hotel leaves at the expense of the staff, the sea and the territory, there is no management at the hotel.
