I am writing my review while at the hotel, we arrived on May 9... in Turkey far from 1 or even 10 times), before that we were in Kamelia Selin and Ali Bay Resort, it’s stupid to compare them, the categories of the hotel are different, I’ll try to be objective.
I can say that the hotel itself is not bad, the rooms are clean and larger than many standards, the photos look worse than in reality, which is extremely rare, the sea is nearby, the beach is clean, the hotel staff (not animators) are excellent friendly and do everything at the first request... well, that's probably all)))

CHILDREN'S ANIMATION:

TUI TOURS Hotel, therefore, I will scold them, dear TUI, and where is the promised Tukan club? Personally, like most families, I chose the hotel solely because of it... on the classmates website it is stated that the club has been operating since May 1, at the moment it is 10, the club is in poor condition and does not smell like a TOUCAN here, one sweetest girl works for all children . . there is no mini disco as such . . yes, they dance with children, but where is the promised TOUKAN ????
ADULT ANIMATION: it is not from the word at all - there is no show, there are no games, there is nothing . . I won’t even write anymore, in a nearby hotel the music player is chopping for half the night, I envy them with white envy, but I can also say WHAT IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN SLEEP BAD DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL EVEN WITH A CLOSED BALCONY MUSIC CUTS WHAT I DO DANCE))) cool music by the way)))) I don’t care if he falls asleep at the disco)
FOOD: I can't possibly judge objectively - this is purely my opinion
The food is monotonous and very bland - burgers (even the bread is not toasted and even without ketchup), cutlets are frozen, beef is neither grilled nor boiled... why is that? The food is all monotonous even in the same places, there are about 10 different cakes... THERE SHOULD BE A CHILDREN'S TABLE TOUKAN BUT ONLY PLATES FROM IT AND EVERYTHING - sadness....
POOL: small... if the hotel was full, I don’t know how we would swim here, probably like herrings)
IN GENERAL, FRIENDS, I DO NOT WANT TO SAY THAT THE HOTEL IS BAD, but I want to warn people who were at a higher level hotel and, like me, wanted to save money this year due to rising prices... it's up to you, I'm sorry, I'm looking for pluses and I want to go home to all the sun: )

This is the first time I've seen an immediate reaction to comments! Thank you very much!! ! The hotel staff immediately responded to my review, the food was diversified, a lot of new things appeared, a children's and a steam menu appeared!
Animation came to life, daily programs for adults and children appeared, as well as evening shows for adults and mini disco for kids!
There were only claims to the tour operator! TUI TOURS SO DECEIVED US WITH THE MINI CLUB!
