We rested in Eliza from May 19 to May 26 - 2 adults, a child of 4 years old. We flew from Pegasus, there are no complaints about Pegasus - we were well met, well seen off. With the guide at the hotel communicated only 1 time upon arrival, there was no more need. We did not go on excursions, as we were with a child and just wanted a good family vacation.
About the hotel - if very briefly - then this is far from 5 *, I would say it is 4 * and then at some points 4 with a big stretch. But of course, for the money we paid, it would be a sin to be indignant. This is a real economy option.
In detail, the road from the airport takes about 2 hours, taking into account check-in at other hotels. It was hard for a child, of course, after the plane another 2 hours by bus. But the nature around is just class. I don’t know how it is in other hotels in Kemer, but here the mountains were visible from any point, there was greenery and awesome air all around. We arrived at the hotel around 13.00, since check-in from 14.00 we had an hour to walk and have lunch,

bracelets were immediately put on us and we freely moved around the territory. The hotel area is compact, but everything is conveniently located. After 14.00 we were given the keys to the room, if you can even call it that…. Apparently in the past these were rooms either for staff or for animators. These are several rooms under the stage, next to the pool with slides, with one kitchen for all the rooms, where there were old kitchen furniture, an old washing machine and a dishwasher - it was because of this common kitchen that it was concluded that these were service premises. Our room consisted of 2 rooms, which was undoubtedly a plus, but the next day we already felt all the delights of this room - there was no balcony, that is, there was nowhere to dry towels, the room itself was damp and dark - there was only half a window for 2 rooms, facing the street, the second window overlooked the common kitchen, instead of a bath - a shower with a hole in the floor, there was no safe,
Well, the animation was right above our heads. The next day we contacted the reception with a request to change to the room that we booked (in a bungalow). We were shown apparently the smallest of all that was in a 3-storey bungalow. There was barely room for a double bed, and we needed another bed for the baby. Naturally, we refused, we were told that the hotel was full and there were no more rooms. It was a blatant lie! The hotel was half empty, the season was not yet in full swing - it was felt both in the loading of the restaurant and in the free places on the beach. They offered to pay 50 bucks for the relocation for the remaining 5 nights, we were told that we had to pay 100 for a normal room. We did not agree. Then we were offered a room next to us, all in the same service room only with a balcony, which went just under the water slides. Decided to agree
but an hour later we were already offered a room in a bungalow with three beds, as we had booked. Our assumption is that someone simply refused this cell, albeit with three beds. As a sign of gratitude, they took 10 bucks to the administrator at the reception. Again, we have something to compare the bungalows with - last year in another hotel the bungalow room was much larger, and in Elise the bungalow rooms are sooooo small. The furnishings of the room itself are very old and shabby. It has long been in need of repair. The air conditioner worked very poorly, it blew almost warm air. It is also difficult to call the balcony a balcony, so we used it only for drying towels (last year we calmly rested on the balcony in the evenings with a glass of cocktail). By the way, the balcony overlooked the neighboring hotel and an evening disco in the room with music from the neighboring hotel was provided to us. We quickly fall asleep, but who has a light sleep....
It would be impossible to fall asleep before 1 or 2 am. I can’t say anything about the rooms in the main building, I haven’t been there. But you can tell by the size of the windows. That there are both huge rooms and cells. So for the placement I put 3-.

As for the beach, the beach is clean, small pebbles, but I can’t say about the water that it was clean. Almost all days, 2-3 times a day, some kind of muck sailed, which consisted of an oil film, gray foam and debris. The sea spat it all out in an hour or two, and you could go swimming. There were enough sun loungers for the first few days, then there were more people and my husband went to borrow before breakfast.
In terms of food - I liked everything, varied and tasty. The only thing is that we never saw strawberries. Fruits included watermelons, apples, oranges and local plums. Freshly squeezed juice only from oranges and for money. The restaurant was always quickly cleaned from the tables, everything is clean and decent.
Some waiters greeted and wished you bon appetit in Russian.
In terms of service, the territory is well-groomed, the workers constantly wash, rub, and clean something. Although there was a feeling that the hotel was not quite ready to receive tourists. For example, on the pier, they pulled fences in front of us, mounted a shower, painted something, installed another ladder to descend into the sea. The pond (or fountain) in the hotel was still empty. The room was cleaned every day, the presence of a dollar did not affect the quality. The minibar was also replenished every day.
Animation - well done guys, they constantly came up with something. All day long they were invited to different games, sporting events. My son really liked the evening children's disco. We went to the miniclub only once - to paint a muzzle. But the attitude towards children is good, some children directly hung on the animators.
To sum it all up - well, sooooo economical 5 *, in reality 4 * with a stretch.
