Rested at the hotel from 3 to 16 June 2012
Were in Turkey not the first time there is something to compare. Therefore, I will say in kradets, for those who rested in the Crimea and for the first time in Turkey, they may be satisfied with the hotel and the rest. And those who have already visited Sueno, Calista, Kamelya hotels before will be one hundred percent dissatisfied, although ...everyone will decide for himself, and I will simply express my opinion regarding the "pluses" and "minuses" of this institution .
PROS:
* The location of the hotel is the Kemer region, there are many attractions and bazaars in the vicinity, the prices for which “from the start” are much cheaper than, for example, in the Belek region.
* Animation is quite good, the guys tried very hard. The mini-club is free, but if you want your child to do crafts there, then you need to pay 5-10 USD for them. e.
*Free sun loungers on the beach
MINUSES:

I do not recommend traveling with children, because there is no children's menu at all, and the sea is immediately deep, the room is very crowded and stuffy.
* The air conditioner worked normally only until 22:00, then it just blew 2-3 degrees less than the air temperature, at 40 degrees outside it is not particularly encouraging. Sleep was impossible.
*Insolent bartenders, don't buy into the UAI system, to get the right imported booze the bartender demands $2
* Dirty beach, there were small waves on the sea, so the sea was almost always dirty (cigarette butts, bags, paper, leaves, sticks and other garbage floated in the water), which no one has ever tried to clean up for 14 days, although the beach has the status of " blue flag"
*Food is the same every day, very little fruit. For 2 weeks, the cherry was 2 times, only one tray, which was enough for 20-25 people, the rest licked their lips.
*Everything is very old, the bed is torn, the towels are frayed, the glasses are almost white from scratches, half of the sockets and lamps did not work in the room. In the bathroom, instead of the ceiling, there is a grate through which you can see the sewerage of the upper floor - "a very pleasant sight. "
*Cleaning was almost non-existent. Instead of replacing towels (thrown on the floor, as written in the room), they hung them out on the balcony and said that the towels were over, use the old ones.
* Paid Internet - $ 2, but it is impossible to use, the speed is 7 kb / s.
* There are not enough tables for dinner. Moreover, if you did not have time to take a table, then you simply cannot eat 2/3 of the menu, because the dishes are not updated. As a result, at 20:00 (dinner from 19:00 to 21:00), having finally found a table, there was almost no food left. by the way, the tables are very dirty, if in the main canteen (this is not a restaurant) they still sometimes change the tablecloth, then near the beach they simply sweep the dirt onto the floor.

*lack of response from the hotel administration to complaints, the impression is that the hotel "stupidly" earns money without paying attention to how people relax. Either they started a festival, or they arranged a bazaar on the territory of the hotel, in general they treat guests like suckers (sorry, there is no other word, there is only worse)
It was also a complete shock that the hotel sold vouchers to some children's festival for 160 people, and they "festivals" under the windows for half the night, the hotel administration did not react to complaints. Also, this festival fenced off part of the dining room and forbade walking through this territory, that is, the baby and I had to go around the entire hotel, instead of walking 10 meters.

special thanks to the representatives of the Turtesse company, who could not come to the hotel in 14 days to help us, their tourists
