We stayed here as a couple in May 2018. I would like to objectively describe all the pros and cons. Most importantly, the reviews and overall rating of this hotel are very much and unreasonably high. I sincerely do not want people to believe the positive reviews, but in reality they are faced with a completely opposite, very sad and miserable picture. Very disappointed with our stay here. It seems that either the hotel staff has completely changed, or the reviews are simply custom or fictitious. There are pluses: good food, clean beach. This is where they end. There is another plus, but it does not apply to the hotel) This is a Viking store near the hotel with delicious and inexpensive local sweets such as halva and Turkish delight.
What didn't you like? The room was in the annex building. It's just pure horror. We haven't seen anything like this yet and hopefully won't see it again. What specifically terrified:
1. The room is very small and dark, as if for one, not two people;

2. There is a swollen laminate on the floor, apparently due to the humidity in the room, the iron legs of the lamps are covered with rust;
3. One nightstand with one drawer for two people and also staggers without a leg. In addition, after the visit of the maid, the drawer of this bedside table was constantly open;
4. "Cardboard" walls. Terrible soundproofing - you could hear the snoring of a neighbor from behind the wall and loud music from the tents of street vendors across the road;
5. The walls of the room are shabby, naturally they just climb around;
6. There is no cleaning as such. The mirrors were stained, there was dust, there was a stain of unknown origin on the sink at the time of our arrival - the maid simply did not wipe it, they rubbed it themselves with paper, it went away; there were stains on the bedside table, dirt on the headboard; there is a layer of dust on the TV and the panel is infested with flies, it is quite small;
7. The balcony is a different story - all the balconies on the first floor are separated only by a small lattice and the feeling that these are balconies of one large communal apartment;
8. The windows of the room itself and the balcony overlook the road and shops of local merchants - that is, there can be no talk of any peace and quiet;
9. Sometimes the maid may "forget" to leave the required one and a half liters of water per day;
10. On the last day, a holey sheet was made;
11. On the bed, instead of blankets, waffle bedspreads are very hard, there are no blankets;
12. One day, for some reason, in a strange and mysterious way, the safe did not open for us, although the password was not changed. The safe is not fixed in the closet at all - it can be freely taken out of the room. I had to ask for help at the reception THREE times;
13. There are no hooks in the bathroom. AT ALL. And dryers even under towels. Towels, in principle, have nowhere to hang;
14. The sink is very small - there is nowhere to put toiletries, there is very little space;
15. MOLD IN THE SHOWER! Natural nasty black mold in the shower corners. That is, in principle, the shower is apparently never washed;

16. There are huge scratches on the cabinet in the room, as if scratched with a nail;
17. There is a telephone in the room - apparently for decoration and beauty) The telephone numbers of the hotel or restaurant services are simply ABSENT;
18. There are huge pebbles in the sea - you can’t go in without specially bought slippers, it will hurt your feet or you can just screw up or get hurt;
19. Everywhere small and infants, including up to a year. On the beach and in the restaurant you will be accompanied by their endless crying.
20. Wi-fi is paid, 2 dollars a day and constantly crashes;
21. The most interesting. Access to the hotel reviews site is closed through the hotel's wi-fi.
22. Of the declared 21 channels in Russian, there are actually only 7, and one of them is a “TV store”. The rest are in German and Turkish;
23. One day, upon returning to the room after dinner, when the front door to the room was opened, the door jamb almost fell on our heads - they held it in time and put it back;
24. The seats in the amphitheater are dirty and apparently never wiped;
25. The air conditioner does not work at all;
26. There are huge queues in the restaurant and there is nowhere for an apple to fall - the territory of the hotel is small and not designed for 2 buildings;
27. Bottled water in the restaurant on the table stank of the river and raw water - the smell of raw water, like in the shower, or poorly washed glasses smelled like that. Moreover, the water in the room and on the beach in the same bottles was odorless.
Last year we stayed at a 4 star hotel. Everything was much better there. I would like to note that the room of a three-star hotel in Moscow near the Sevastopolskaya metro station looks many times better and more decent than this one, and wi-fi is free there. It's not a room - it's a shame for a 5 star hotel. Disgrace for the hotel and disrespect to yourself and hotel guests. There are a lot of advertisements, but in fact it’s just cheap stuff in a bright wrapper.
