The cabin itself was leaking, the drain was broken and "attached" from above. The receptionist promised every day, but never came. The number has not been changed.
2) cleaning - if you talk directly with the maids. If you don’t talk, then they just put water on. Towels and bed linen are not changed, the floor is not washed. After the conversation, they began to wash the floor and wipe the dust. To change the towels - used to throw on the floor.
3) Service at the reception - frankly hacky, bazaar. Not a single request has been fulfilled. I asked for warm blankets - they brought it only on the third day, but not blankets - but sheets! and they picked it up the next day!
4) The restaurant is generally good, vegetables, good soups, hot dishes. Sweets for everyone - but better than in Egypt. From fruits: apples, sometimes pears, oranges, grapefruits.
