I want to say right away that the purpose of my trip is a lazy vacation (sea, beach, tan, book and sleep 24 hours a day), of course, fresh and varied food and a good attitude of the staff are also very important for me. And I got it all.
1) Tour operator.
Finally Tez-Tour again. Everything is great. No trips to shops both on arrival and on departure. True, I saw representatives of the Tez-tour at the hotel only 2 times: the first - at a meeting, the second - when someone was waiting for an excursion. But for me this is not particularly important, and the representative left the phone for communication at meetings.
2) Settlement.

They took me to the hotel at 9:30. It was very nice when the girl at the reception immediately asked: "Have you already been with us? " I replied: "Yes, last year at the same time. " "I remember you, " said the girl. I was given a card to fill out, immediately put on a bracelet and sent to breakfast. After breakfast, about 30 minutes later, they gave me a room. The young man took my suitcases and unlocked the safe (the safe was $2 per day, I paid for it as soon as I received the card from the room), explained everything, and always smiled. A very pleasant and polite young man with perfect English.
3) SPA center.
While I was waiting for the room, I went to sign up for cleaning, mask, peeling and massage ($ 45). I asked a girl to do all the procedures for me. This year, the woman was more diligent and I even liked her massage, then I just went to her for a regular massage ($25 for 30 minutes and $35 for 60 minutes). Other tourists said that they visited male masseurs and shared their impressions that they were good masseurs. But I don’t go to male massage therapists in Turkey, as a matter of principle, I can’t relax.
4) Territory.
Everything is compact. True, this year there was another piece with a lawn, there are hammocks, slides for children, they also play football together with animators. On the territory: bars (3), an amphitheater, swimming pools for children and adults, slides by the pool (3), a children's play complex, a play club for children. On the beach: bar, volleyball and golf.

My room was on the second floor 1212. I specifically asked for a mountain view (on the side where the entrance to the hotel) at the end of the hotel (closer to the beach), there is no sun all day (the room does not heat up) and it is quite quiet. True, this year, Asdem arranged a disco on the beach (until about 1 am), but, in principle, with a closed balcony it was not particularly audible. Room - large, spacious, with a large balcony. Clean, bright, comfortable. TV - plasma, hairdryer, refrigerator (works all the time, even when you are not in the room), central air conditioning (remote control on the wall, you can adjust the temperature for yourself, what you want), bathrobe, slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, sponge for shoes, thread with a needle, a spoon for shoes, combs and nail files. The maid - well done, cleaned cleanly. There were flowers and figurines made from blankets on the bed. Do not skimp on tips, I think you won’t lose a dollar a day. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHEN THE "DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN HANGED, NO ONE EVEN TRIED TO ENTER OR KNOCK. Wifi is free throughout the hotel. True, I didn’t have WiFi in my room, in other rooms that faced the opposite side there was.
6) Nutrition.
The main restaurant (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner), pool bar (likely open from 11, chicken (as for shawarma), tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, cookies and biscuits at 17.00), beach bar (from 10 to 18 Ayran, cola, sprite, etc. , tea, water, coffee, only beer from alcohol), also on the beach from 10.30 I start to give VERY DELICIOUS gozleme (the woman who makes them is well done) and a bar by the amphitheater.
Now about nutrition. Always fresh, varied, everything is CRAZY TASTY. Meat: chicken, turkey - always, beef, lamb - both in the form of stew, and just in pure form, vegetables, greens, salads, DELICIOUS CAKES AND PIES, fruits: tangerines, oranges, grapefruits, plums, melon, sweet on the beach cotton wool and ice cream. The chef is a very pleasant man - cultured, kind, well-mannered, at lunch and dinner he meets at the entrance to the restaurant, greets you, wishes you a good appetite. The waiters are well-mannered, smiling, they immediately take away clean dishes and as soon as you have eaten they prepare a table for the next visitors. The dishes are all clean, there are always free tables (I only sat on the street), the queues disappear 15-20 minutes after the restaurant opens (there is food). I don't know about alcohol, I don't drink. The quality of food is also indicated by the fact that the entire management of the hotel, the chefs themselves and the owner of the hotel eat in the restaurant, while the food is taken from the common table.
7) Beach and pool.

The beach is clean, I did not observe cigarette butts, glasses and other debris. I sunbathed near the water (brought a sunbed). There are always free sunbeds. At lunchtime, the beach is cleaned, all the sunbeds are put in their places and I level the sand (small pebbles). The sea is clean in the morning, after lunch (after the passage of yachts and boats) garbage begins to appear. The entrance to the sea - at first small pebbles, then larger stones (I swam exclusively in slippers, so it was easy for me to enter). In the adult pool in October, the water is cold, but you can swim. In the nursery - warm. There were always free sun beds. Slides work from 11 harm, but I don’t know to what.
8) Animation.
Animators - well done. Animation Manager - Hakkan. Animators: Ferhat, Dugan, Aykut and Lena, tried to get tourists. And I even felt sorry for the animators (they were upset) when many tourists could not get up from the sunbeds and dance a dance (by the way, I was among these tourists, because I like exclusively passive recreation). We played darts, volleyball, football, water polo, water gymnastics or step and morning exercises (Dugan conducted, I really liked it, you feel how the muscles tense up, although all the exercises are very simple) and much more interesting things. Aykut this year only participated in skits a few times, otherwise he was mainly a DJ. Evening shows I liked more than last year. Ferhat - well done, more cultured and softer than Ozzy. Dugan turned everyone on. And finally, MY FAVORITE LENOCHKA! As she deals with children, children simply adore her. At the same time, which is very important for me, she looks after the children, makes sure that they don’t go anywhere, don’t quarrel. Here are a few entertainments: playing golf (carrying balls with clubs to the hole), looking for flat pebbles on the beach, and then painting them (moms, prepare bigger suitcases : -)), painting T-shirts, preparing pizza, organizing a horse riding trip and much more- much more. I would trust her with my child.
9) Staff and service.
Any problems in this hotel are eliminated instantly, as soon as you report them to the reception.
Everyone is polite, cultured, always greets, smiles, asks: "How are you? " I have never seen one of the staff ask someone for cigarettes or tips. Photographer Alex is always and everywhere trying to photograph you, but if you refuse, he will, of course, ask why and insist, but he will not photograph.
The chef - Mehmet - cultured, well-mannered, very pleasant. Always smiling and saying hello.

Bartenders: Ayaz and a beautiful girl (sorry, but I keep forgetting the name). Smiling, cultured, Ayaz speaks Russian quite well. The girl is very friendly. I drank only tea and only from a glass (I can’t drink from a small cup), as soon as I approached the bar they already knew what I would be, and they practically didn’t ask, they immediately poured tea for me.
Managers: everyone greets, asks how things are and if there are any problems, always smiling, very polite.
