On June 22.2021, the borders to Turkey were opened and my wife and I gathered without hesitation.
We chose the hotel based on reviews and ratings… THEY ARE REALLY VERY OVERAGED!!!
And now in order:
Room: the furniture is all battered, shuffled, sagging from the water; sockets fall out; the mattress is springy and tired - the springs stick out, it is not possible to sleep; the walls are concretely dirty; the room has a double door to the next room in which the mother lived with the baby, who did not sleep at night and did not give to the neighbors (i. e. us); in the room there is not a single rolled up (banal even toothbrushes have nowhere to put), no plates!
Sanitary unit: faucets in the sink and in the shower room and the toilet flush button are smeared with something; in the shower faucet it works only for the shower and does not switch to the tap; the toilet lid and seat are dirty; the partition in the shower room is clumsily tinted with rust; extractor fan is very noisy.

Dining room: in the morning at breakfast at the distribution, two half-asleep fainting spells - the queue stretches for at least half an hour; did not have time to come for breakfast in the first half hour - you will watch empty trays and eat what is left (greens and salads); when asked where the food is, these faints cross their arms and say “finish”; lunch and dinner the same picture, only four syncope; the menu is monotonous every day and almost everything is seasoned with some kind of vile seasoning, which already on the third day is frankly sick; with teaspoons it’s just a disaster - they simply don’t exist! - Apparently religion does not allow ?!
Bars: in the dining room, alcohol is only gin and wine, but there is always a queue; at the reception - the drunkard is different, but they pour 50 gr and no more than 2 servings per hand; a bar on the beach - a separate song - only beer from alcohol (more precisely, beer foam) - a queue for 20-30 minutes, from 11 to 12 they immediately give ice cream - another queue for 30-40 minutes (I spotted it several times! ).
Service: for 8 nights of vacation, the room was cleaned only once, and the way it was cleaned is very loudly said - they changed the dirty bedding to dirty, changed the towels, added hotel shampoos and that's it! No vacuuming, no dusting. . .
Wi-Fi: free Wi-Fi is available only on the basement floor… well, as it is… it is! But!! ! It has no internet! A simple banal text message in viber takes about two minutes. You can forget about voice / video calls. BUT!! ! Paid wifi ($1 per day from each device) is not much better - in very rare cases I observed a speed of about 3Mbps, in fact the usual value is 0.1 - 0.5 Mbps.
Animation: as in that joke about the gopher - do you see the animators? - No? – but they are!
And also a wagon and a cart of various stocks - you can’t remember everything at once!
Attempts to somehow convey to the hotel management their jambs were unsuccessful - if you don’t like it, don’t live! Very rude attitude!
In the bottom line, the hotel is very far from 3 stars!
And for such an attitude towards vacationers, they score 1!
