Good day!
I stayed at this hotel in October 2011. What can I say, the hotel is not 4 stars (they generally draw 5 stars on their symbols), but such a 3 with a minus. So let's start in order:
1) rooms: most of the rooms face either the road or the windows of a neighboring hotel, this didn’t upset me much, because it was the end of the season and there were no vacationers in the windows opposite, but I can’t imagine how you can live in a reality show behind glass . Moreover, my friend was put in a room (with a view of the neighboring hotel) above the transformer booth, it was not realistic to sleep there, though they moved it without any problems (to a room with the same view, only further from the transformer). The rooms themselves are normal, one and a half beds, a very small TV (well, don’t care if you came to watch TV), the air conditioner in our rooms was working, without reproaches, the bathroom seemed small to me personally, cleaning seems to be every day, but I let they were once, because I lived there myself and didn’t need cleaning, they removed the lizhba to clean it, they didn’t even take out the ashtray on the balcony..... The only thanks that the towels were changed...

2) Food: during the rest, I forgot the taste of meat - there is only soy (and not the best quality), kuricha (on Muslim holidays : )) and fried fish (similar to herring). There was always soy sausage (the same as in Egypt, but in Egypt it can even theoretically be eaten), vegetables (not always first-class), pastries, I haven’t tried it, so I won’t say anything. By the way, this is the first hotel! in which they don’t even fry eggs for breakfast, and in general if you came for breakfast an hour after the start of the meal, you will be content with the fact that other tourists did not want to eat, despite the fact that the hotel was filled by 30 percent... Soups: soups it can’t be called, rather, a stew, a broth with noodles....puree soup, it wasn’t like that, there were always some parts of unground vegetables in it. Drinks: there were no juices (except for pomegranate juice, which was sold near the beach), there were yuppies, teas, nothing to complain about, really tasty, and thanks for the coffee machines on every corner. Alcohol: tolerable everything except beer, not only is it simply not tasty, it also puffs decently : ) On the first day, we drank it with a friend (within reasonable limits), so we spent almost the whole evening in the rooms in the pose of an eagle : ) ( it’s good at least everyone flew to single rooms)))) After they didn’t drink : )
3) Swimming pool: the water in the pool is just icy and terribly stinks of bleach, so I bought it only once... There are 2 slides by the pool, they work strictly according to the schedule - 2 hours before lunch and the same after. The sun loungers by the pool, even though the water is ice there and, as I already wrote, the hotel was 30 percent full, it was just....What is going on there when the hotel is fully occupied and the water temperature is normal, it’s hard for me to even imagine... (probably need to borrow on the day of arrival or at 6 am). The indoor pool didn't work. . . they didn't say why even though it was out of season (the hotel closed 2 days after I left). . .
4) SPA center: it’s dark....at the entrance there is an evil aunt who behaves like she owes money... Bathhouse: the temperature is probably 60 degrees, you need to sit for 30 minutes to sweat....in her last days turned off altogether; the steam room (I don’t know what it’s called, sorry) is terribly dirty - they cleaned it, at best, in the morning - they didn’t even think about it throughout the day... Hammam - I can’t have any complaints here, because visited him for the first time in my life, I liked everything, except that during the massage everyone was asked to leave from there (I understand this), but they did it not in the most correct way...
5) Beach: dirty (very dirty), I understand that it all depends on the culture of vacationers, but still it can and should be cleaned (in Egypt, for example, the same contingent, but the beaches there are perfectly clean); sunbeds are so-so... a lot of broken ones, but, again, due to the fact that the hotel was partially occupied, everyone had enough normal ones; but according to my observation, in the season, even the broken ones are not enough for everyone. There are sooooo few canopies... The toilet is on the beach-no comments, we went to the room.....

6) Staff: I have never met such a boorish attitude even in domestic boarding houses)... This, of course, does not apply to everyone, there were also normal guys, but there were very few of them. By the end of the holiday, two bartenders stopped serving us - they just turned away when we approached the bar and pretended that we didn’t exist... Many now thought that they say it’s not surprising, cattle came in large numbers....but no, the reason was different : the first one at the disco brazenly molested a girl from our own hotel, and to the remark of my friend (polite and adequate) he tried to provoke a fight, for which he did not receive approval from our side, we turned around and went home (fuck it, we need to mess with morons) . . The second one got angry at me personally, because I talked with a girl that he liked... he even approached her mother! and said, they say, why does she communicate with him if I like her : ))) (you can imagine her shock from such behavior), then, besides not serving us, he also hummed some songs as he passed us and that muttered to himself (I can only guess about the content of these songs : ))
7) Animation: it just didn't exist.....in the truest sense of the word. Near the pool, the same music was blaring, probably 15 tracks, in a circle throughout the rest. The disco was in a nearby hotel, where only employees of nearby hotels and 10-15 tourists hung out.....
Of course, I would like to hope that most of these incidents were related to the closure of the hotel (for winter time)... But I would not return there under any circumstances. The general impression of Turkey, as a country as a whole, of the Turks (I did not like them in absentia, but now in general) has deteriorated to nothing.
What can I say in conclusion... if you go to Turkey, you need to go to a normal hotel for normal money, but then I ask myself the question, is it worth spending money on Turkey, if you can spend money on Thailand, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, UAE...... And in a lower price category it is better to choose Egypt - I personally like it much more there (climate, attitude towards you, excursions)...
Thank you for your attention! I expressed my personal opinion and no one will convince me otherwise : ) If someone has any questions, please contact me, I will answer them with pleasure.
