I will tell you in detail all the pros and cons of this hotel. First I'll start with a general impression - greed is the best friend of this hotel. I must say right away that we are not picky tourists, and we knew where we were going. Experience of trips is great, we regard everything soberly. We chose this hotel solely because of the positive reviews. Why 4 stars? This hotel is barely 3 stars!

We flew to the airport, they said that our tour operator would meet us at the “sunmar” exit, but we did not meet anyone. I had to look for myself. We approached the counter, we were sent on a minibus with a guide named Yulia, who chattered all the way at such a speed that we did not understand and did not remember anything except her name))) and even with terrible diction.
They asked to speak more slowly, but to no avail, but oh well, we arrived at our long-awaited hotel after 1 hour.
Live seemed very small than in the photo.

The hotel area is small, the pool is small, almost no one swam in it (as I remember for all our 2 weeks) after 19.00 it is forbidden to swim in the pool.

Check-in - we went to the reception, we were met by a thin administrator, silently took our luggage, led us into the elevator in silence. To my question “Which floor are we going to? what's the number? he answered uncertainly: "on the ground floor. " That is in the basement! Immediately I was thrown into confusion. I didn’t arrange a showdown, I just asked what it was connected with, to which he replied that there were allegedly no places. (As it turned out there were places later) I asked to be moved, he promised and went into the "sunset". I stayed in a damp dark room, like in an abandoned tower. Outside the window was the stupid wall of the neighboring hotel. On the trail. day somehow I was moved to another room.

NUMBER - was well, very small. How do two people even fit in here? The room is very cramped. Lighting is very weak and dark. The shower cabin is really like for midgets.
Towels are old, as if left from the last century. The hair dryer is sooooo weak, disgusting, there is no sense from it, but the noise from it for the whole room! Better take yours. Everything was old, although you think it looks decent, but no. This is so at first glance. Air conditioning is strange, you will understand when you arrive. I did not like that the balconies were very close to each other, and there was a huge gap between them, through which a person can freely pass. The balcony did not close, our lock was broken for some reason.

The hotel area is very cramped and small, the contingent consists of pensioners and singles, there are no children and youth. But this is not a hotel for children for sure. There is no entertainment here. Emptiness and boredom. There is no animation. (but we knew that). One bar, but everything is paid there.
Wifi was weak. Purely if someone send a message, it will do. But there is no video or movies to watch, it won’t pull. Catches only at the reception and around the pool.
Day and evening people are dying, silence and wasteland.

SEA - go to the sea all 700 m! There are no 200-250 m, it's all a hoax. Go far. At first we even got confused, asked passers-by. I will throw a photo just in case, so that it is clear how and where to go. (Get out of the hotel, immediately to the left. Go to the end of the “bridge”, cross the road, (be careful with pedestrian roads, they don’t let you through))) then, keep walking until the sign “ugur otel beach” turn around and go inside, keep going to end. Towels from the hotel cannot be brought to the beach.
And so, attention. It is FORBIDDEN to bring your own food or drinks to the beach. Is this normal? The poor people drank water on the sly. Near the sea, of course, there is a restaurant where, out of hopelessness, people came to eat, 2 times at a higher price than usual. Well, this is a business, of course.
Food I will say so myself, for an amateur. They also bought corn, generally raw, some kind of tasteless. Worth 1$.
The sea is sandy and pebbly.
Of course, pebbles predominate. The sun loungers are old, old, half of them are already broken. Umbrellas are useless, there is not much sense from them from the sun. Everything is kind of old. One sea pleased! Warm, affectionate...BUT! Small fish biting my legs constantly. All people) whom you don’t ask, everyone squealed with one voice from their bites))) they don’t bite much, it’s just unpleasant! ) you can’t stand still, you constantly need to move so that they don’t bite, or swim away from the coast))) some people swam in slippers right because of them)
There were also locals on the beach, they rested, as I understand it, in this hotel “ugur otel beach”

FOOD - one disappointment. Attention - only water is free at dinner. Water and food are not allowed in the room.
At breakfast, in general, a hungry region, except for greens, vegetables (cucumbers and tomatoes), there was nothing special. Bread, eggs, and rancid oatmeal. All. There is nothing to choose from. For breakfast, they tossed what was left for dinner. That is rotten food.
Dinner - also the choice is not great, the same only added one main course in the form of rice (salted) and pasta. Sometimes they threw soy "cutlets" and once in 2 weeks there was some kind of poor fish. Sometimes insects got out, some small midges crawled on the table.

I didn’t drink coffee, but they say some kind of slop. Fruits - watermelon, peaches, plums (sour-sour) and some kind of pastries were incomprehensible, not tasty. All in all, tough savings! Everyone is sitting at the table looking at each other.
The waiters were polite, good, cleaned immediately.
A man "in years" sat every day looking after all the visitors, as they later understood it was the owner)
On the last day you will be offered a kind of "compliment" from the hotel. They will serve the cheapest, disgusting wine. The taste of donkey urine. And they will throw "dust in the eyes" with some small fireworks near the table for 3 seconds.
That's the whole surprise))) honestly, it would be better not to disgrace))) of course, collective farmers may fall for this cheap trick)))

The receptionists are disgusting. I didn’t like it at all, some kind of arrogant, smug, with sad faces, no “hello”, no smiles for you. As if they were coming home. Some kind of favor was done yet, it is not clear what it is at all. I want to note that they treated their Turks well and kindly rather than the Russians. Some administrators tried to “roll up” to our Russian girls, right during working hours. In general, no discipline, education.

CLEANING - although they cleaned every day, but the shower cabin was never washed. The floors were washed every other day. I didn't see any cleaning. The last few days they didn't clean at all. But we did not begin to understand and spoil our holiday in the end.

CITY (Center) - walk far to the center, about 30 minutes exactly.
At lunch we were hungry, we had to go in the heat to the Migros store, each time we don’t want to go so far, but what can we do. In addition to the LC Waikiki clothing store and the same type of sweets and souvenir shops, there was nothing interesting. The city is small, the Turks are greedy as always, beckoning as usual, or rather pestering with a request to buy something from them.

Excursions are a separate issue! I have never seen such annoying and vile workers in any resort town. 100.500 times they offered to take a tour from them, well, a person doesn’t want to, why pester him? If you politely refuse, they begin to be rude, say something unpleasant in response. One Kyrgyz or Kazakh, generally pissed off. They behave rudely. The girls are whistled back. In short, one guard. Where were these picked up? or a special selection was to take the most arrogant boors there.

ENTERTAINMENT - there are several clubs, restaurants, cafes.
But in September it all began to die out, there was not much entertainment and there were few people.

All in all, I would NOT recommend this hotel. Savings on everything, some prohibitions. And why so many positive reviews? There is nothing for young people to do here, and this hotel cannot be called calm, the noise from the neighboring hotel was heard, it is difficult to fall asleep to such music at night. For this money, you can afford a much better hotel, where there will be an all-inclusive option. We regretted that we did not choose another hotel, although the city really liked it. Not a foot in this hotel again.
