Good hotel, but the administrator is initially "turned on" only for an additional fee.

We went with two families with friends (3 + 3). The hotel was chosen by itself on the basis of reviews and photos. I was looking for a cozy, quiet place in Kemer, without animation, with good service. Bought 1 standard triple and apartments (triple with kitchen), BB.
Upon arrival, at 16:30, we had to look for the administrator, that is, he saw us with suitcases, but did not respond. Apparently, new guests were not expected. We settled in the rooms on the ground floor: the bed does not look fresh, the air conditioner is clogged (it drives the air like a fan), the interior is very used. We were indignant, after which the beds were changed and they promised to clean the air conditioner, which did not happen that day. The next day, my husband approached the administrator, reminded us about the air conditioner and insistently offered to move us to a better room for a fee. After some hesitation, we were offered to move to the 4th floor, later it turned out that the best rooms in the hotel. View from the balcony - Kemer at a glance, the sea and Antalya in the distance. The interior for the "troika" is normal.
After that everything was pretty good. The bed and towels were changed every 5 days (ask - the towel will be changed more often), cleaned regularly (thanks to the maid Lyuba).

Breakfast, from 8 to 10, standard "Mediterranean) - cheese, herbs, tomatoes, 4 types of olives, eggs, boiled sausage, curdled milk, yogurt, white bread, jams, watermelon, black tea, instant coffee. Everything is fresh. Also cooked under order according to the proposed menu for lunches and dinners, but we did not apply.
WiFi is only next to the reception, there is also a not very large, but always clean pool, sun loungers around (in the shade and in the sun).
The staff speaks Russian, the administrator Tofik speaks English.
The hotel is immersed in the greenery of fruit trees and flowers. In the hill above the central alley, you can climb the top of the hill covered with pines, from where a beautiful panorama opens. But this is for lovers of wild walking tours.
The hotel has an original multi-level architecture, probably located above all the buildings of Kemer; quite cozy, bright, clean, quiet. good ventilation and soundproofing.
They take you to the beach after breakfast, but we didn’t use it, we went to the sea very early, we got up with the muezzin at 5, at 6 we were on the beach. (The sea in Kemer is amazingly clean and beautiful! ) We returned to breakfast.
For non-smokers, it is important to know that in Turkey everyone smokes everywhere, including at breakfast, on the beach around, etc. Brace yourselves. . .
The beach from the hotel - Qualista - is clean, sunbeds are paid - $ 2. Across the bridge from Qualista is a small free beach. From the hotel to the beach 15 minutes on foot, to the center 5-7 minutes, the nearest store is very close.
We were 10 days, if it were not for the embarrassment on the day of arrival, the reviews would only be positive.
