The attitude was good and friendly, BUT there was one problem with the settlement, when we arrived, we were settled in another hotel for one night. That was a complete tin!! ! Because the windows of the room overlooked the CEMETERY!! ! You wake up like this in the morning, you drink coffee, and then ON - the graves !! ! Returning to Onkel, we were told that the tour operator had bought too many rooms that were not available, so about 20 people were simply not accommodated. AnexTour HELLO TO YOU BIG!! ! Relax yourself!!
We were told for encouragement, it seems that they would leave us for one more day in our hotel, which did not happen. I generally keep quiet about free tourist trips. This is where the bad ends.
Hotel. Just super! The rooms are clean, marble tiles everywhere, beautiful renovation. Well-groomed, insanely beautiful territory, a lot of staff (Kazakhs) and this is a huge plus. Because they always smile at you and don't bother you with stupid tricks. I want to stand out the bartender Bakhtiar, the most smiling and pleasant. Animators is a fairy tale for children and adults. My daughter is 5 years old and she is very happy, it was interesting and not at all boring. The cuisine is not very diverse, it gets boring in a few days, but if you come to have a good time, relax and have fun, participate in competitions, swim in the sea, jump from the pier and go to Bakhtiar, he will please you with a good mood)) I recommend Onkel, I can say that it was the best vacation of our lives.
