CHECK-IN - we arrived in the morning around 9.00. Checked in quickly, around 11:00. There were no questions about this. We are settled in rooms with a view of the neighboring hotel. The distance to which is 10 meters. This is approximately 1/2 of the hotel rooms. I noticed this during my stay. View numbers are given to locals and foreigners from Europe. The service staff is 80% guys from Kazakhstan. There were no questions.
ROOM - the rooms are run down. The air conditioner is directed directly to the bed and is powerful. You can't use it at night. In our room, he also rumbled. There are dried spots on the table. There are holes in the shower room where the toilet and hair dryer are attached. There was a mesh metal ceiling above the shower cabin, water was dripping from one of the panels. Told the manager, during the rest so no one showed up. Shaving normally did not work, the light near the mirror is very dim. Towels are dilapidated and torn, rags really hang around the edges like noodles.
CLEANING is a separate issue. They go every day, but they don't clean well. The sheets were not changed during our stay. On the second day they took away all the toilet paper (printed and not), but left it in the bin. Called the reception to bring it back))

My wife and I lie almost naked, resting - this miracle tumbles in without permission, although a sign hangs on the door - "DO NOT DISTURB". The sea was very dirty a couple of times during the day and in the evening, it was not possible to enter (this is natural garbage and a lot of bags, boom plates, boom glasses and a lot of rubbish). FOOD AND BARS - no frills, but everything is fresh and quite tasty. We ate. But this is DEFINITELY not UAL. In previous hotels with such a system, it was frozen juices for children during the day and 3 times a week ice cream in the evenings at dinner and cherries, waffles were baked during the day. It was only possible to drink Turkish coffee (2 c. u. ) from 10.00. All bars and restaurants on the territory closed at 23.00. Then hang up)) Everywhere usually the lobby is open until 00.30.
The conclusion is that the nature is beautiful, the sea is warm, we always ate enough, we only spent the night in the room. There is nothing in the complex, but we will definitely not go to this hotel again. As my wife said - it looks like a secure facility)
