We were a family of 3.2 adults, 1 child (9 years old). We settled without problems and quickly, but there is a BUT, we were late due to the fault of the carrier, we can’t say anything about other cases with other tourists, since we didn’t see or hear anything like that.
The hotel is definitely not a five-star hotel, but it has its advantages:
1. Clean, well maintained, a lot of greenery, compact (but there's no one likes it);
2. The food is tasty and in sufficient quantity, enough for everyone (we wish only variety);
3. Air conditioning worked without problems;
4. The animation is unobtrusive, the guys did a great job, they tried to focus on the audience.
5. And as always in such cases, the sun and wonderful nature (mountains, sea, clean air) help out;

6. The room did not overlook the sea or the neighboring hotel, but the mountains (which is for the best), without a balcony, but spacious, No. 3040, although next to the elevator, the elevator was not audible at all and did not interfere at night;
7. Russian-speaking reception, polite.
And now for the disadvantages:
1. Towel for feet, 1 for three, all the rest as it should be:
2. Slippers 2 pairs for three (we didn’t have legless ones);
3. The mini-bar is meager (3 bottles of mineral water and that's it), but for some reason it was replenished 2 bottles a day;
4. The hair dryer in the bathroom overheated and turned off 2 minutes after using it (so long-haired people need to take this into account and calculate the time to go out to people after washing their hair with a margin of 20 minutes at least);
5. The bedside light switch did not work;
6. Sun loungers on the beach during the days of the hotel's 90 - 100% occupancy were not enough.
